Abstract: The robust development of the telecommunication technologies has boosted the massive production of the mobile devices such as smartphones, phablets, tablets, and laptops. The use of these mobile devices has experienced an explosive growth and come in vary screen sizes. This development has changed the way how web contents is organized and displayed on screen. This paper compares the different responsive approaches, which works well with various device screens. However, the main focus of this paper is on Responsive Web Design (RWD) since it is highly applicable. RWD techniques and tools, issues and reviews of RWD are also discussed in this paper. The objectives of this paper are finding the best responsive approach, identifying well practices and suggesting future works. Along this line, this paper serves, as a guide that enables designers and developers to gain better understanding of the RWD and hence improve their productivity.

Abstract: In a wireless sensor network, sensor nodes located near the sink will have to bear more communication responsibilities in forwarding the data generated by the nodes located far from the sink. The nodes that are away from the sink communicate with the sink via the nodes that are nearby the sink. Thus the nodes nearby the sink will run out of battery power very soon and create bottleneck for communication. Some researches tried to balance the loading of sensors by adjusting the power range of sensors. However, simply reducing the power range does not always reduce the loading of sensors in the bottleneck zone. In this paper, both of the impacts of the transmission power range and compression gain on energy consumption of a wireless network are analyzed. Some simulation results are given to show the correctness of analysis results.

Abstract: This paper presents a group persistent assignment method in contention slots for DOCSIS standard. Our model is a numerical method which can separate each user access to the arbitrary contention slot with independent persistent value. Each user can be collected into a group access. Then we can assign different persistent value to access slots in a frame. The occasion that many users access in same slot is reduced. In this paper, we also calculate the value of successful probability and average successful number in each contention period.

Abstract: E-commerce multi-agent systems have some features of autonomy and commercial transaction that improve rapidly and become a powerful tool for buying and selling products online. While multi-agent systems can break interactions in distributed and heterogeneous environments, malicious behaviors of the agents are a potential hazard in distributed e-commerce applications. Hence, calculating the reliability and reputation of agents play a critical role in determining how interactions occur and who to interact with. The way of calculating the reliability and reputation of each agent should be based on different elements, and there are no standard elements to compute reliability and reputation of each agent in multi-agent environment. This paper analyses some recent proposed methods in calculating reputation and reliability of each agent. The ultimate aim of this study is to define the standard elements which should be considered to calculate the reliability and reputation of agents in e-commerce multi-agent environment.

Abstract: This paper provides a review of the literature regarding the application of mathematical programming models for FMS planning and scheduling problem. The aim of this study is to analyze the present and future trend in this filed and to propose a classification scheme based on the following criteria:FMS type, decision level, planning and scheduling problem, FMS characteristics, mathematical modeling, constraint, objective, solution methodology, novelty, and application. This study provides readers with a great understanding of the complication of the planning and scheduling problem and the application of developed methods to model and solve them.

Abstract: The paper researches the water conservancy information management system with the flexible configuration and full scalability based on cloud computing. The system carries out information construction in the information collecting and engineering monitoring layer, the network layer and the application layer. Using the cloud computing and SOA, the system realizes the project management of water conservancy; The users can enjoy the rich digital media service at any time by the way of mobile communication network, wireless LAN and fixed communication network and so on. At last, the system is applied to the irrigation district. The application result shows that the system has the ability of computing and data operating, saves the cost in software and hardware, improves the water use efficiency.

Abstract: We propose System Model whereby augmented reality-based approach on Android devices for Malaysia military operations that in this area for unit positioning. An Android system or application will be as information devices to soldier unit in gathering or distributing their information between the allied units. Augmented reality interfaces other than provides a user-friendly and intuitive, it will create awareness and better understanding when on certain military operations risk is at the high level.

Abstract: In this study, the innovative operation system performance was evaluated for port competitiveness improvement at port distribution industry field. We conducted the 3D modeling of existing crane and suggested crane. The loading and unloading simulation was fulfilled for each crane in accordance with developed port simulator scenario. We compared loading and unloading performance of each crane based on the simulation result. Through this, Development of the simulator will be available in the construction and development of the new port cranes. Also, It is performance evaluation method with economic savings and It considered new methods in contrast with the existing development system.

Abstract: According to the business characteristics and technical requirements of heavy military vehicles digital collaborative development, the paper proposes the dynamic federal collaborative development method for heavy military vehicles. To realize the method, the key is constructing the three-tier dynamic federal collaborative development environment. So the paper focuses on the research of the business, function and technical architecture of dynamic federal collaborative development environment. Applying the Web Service-Based cross-system collaborative flow controlling method and developing the integrated middleware, the three-tier federal collaborative environment realizes tightly integration. Finally, the application demonstration of a type-product inter-enterprise collaborative development based on the developed digital collaborative development platform verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.

Abstract: This research is to show that functions are the indispensable elements for e-marketplace construction, and that basic functions in particular are able to meet the demand for highly interoperable and cost-effective e-marketplaces. Specifically, this research relies heavily on historical literature event methodology by studying existing electronic marketplaces through thousands of research papers, ranging among 1,221 articles published in journals and conferences over the period of 1986-2012. Based on the basic functions generated from the function published year and the function counted quantity, this research eventually shows that e-marketplace designers, facilitators, buyers, and sellers will be able to construct and select a suitable e-marketplace automatically for their diverse purposes.
