Structure Design and Optimization of 1500t Hydraulic Powered Experimental Platform

Abstract:

A hydraulic powered experimental test platform was designed by using molding software Creo/Parametric. Key design point of major components base of test platform, portable beam and upright post were proposed. The loading ways on top-beam unbalanced loading ,torsion loading ,and diagonal loading were taken into account to apply on the test platform, and the distribution of stain and stress on three loading model were obtained by software ANSYS workbench. With the result ,optimization of the structure of the test platform were put forward.
