Abstract: The safety appraisal of the sluice includes safety check on site and calculation. The safety coefficient of the yellow river sluice is high which indicates significant importance. The traditional structure safety calculation models of frame structure are two dimensional. In this passage three dimensions models of the sluice frame structure was built with finite element analysis software ETABS to analysis the ratio of reinforcement, combined with safety check on site, using shaking type table theory of decomposition reaction method. Compared with the original design, the posts can’t fulfill the requests for fortification against earthquakes. The frame structure should be reinforced.

Abstract: This paper shows the corrosion of steel bar from a new perspective with viscoelasticity theory. The strain of steel bar is decomposed as initial elastic strain and creep strain, and the creep strain is caused by corrosion. In order to analysis creep strain, corrosion factor and corrosion strain function were introduced to reflect the deformation behavior. Then integral constitutive relation of corroded bar was deduced according to the above assumption. As a special case of this approach, the corrosion factor of steel bar in atmospheric environment is introduced. The results indicate that the corrosion factor increase with diameter deducing, and the deformation of the steel bar possess the acceleration creep behavior during the corrosion process.

Abstract: In this paper, we do the research on the steel tube filled with steel-reinforced concrete subjected to axial compression after high temperature by changing the temperature and the slenderness ratio. The influence of the temperature and slenderness ratio on the composite column and its stability formula of the composite column after high temperature was gotten by the research.
