Abstract: This paper introduces a new-type alkali-free and chlorine-free high performance liquid accelerated admixture. The accelerated agent is mainly composed of the following components: fluoride magnesium aluminum silicate is main accelerator, alcohol amine polymer is activator, and amide polymer is stabilizer. When dosage of the admixture is greater than 4%, the cement initial setting time is less than 5 min, the final setting time is less than 10 min, and the 28 day compressive strength ratio of mortar is more than 100%. The mechanism is the accelerating of agent on hydration of C3A and C3S. There are large hydration calcium flu silicate (11CaO·4SiO2·CaF2) and hydration calcium aluminates at the later stage of hydration.

Abstract: An novel intermediate of (4-Iodo-phenyl)-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-diazene for azobenzene liquid crystal was synthesized. 4-Trifluoromethyl-phenylamine as raw material was oxidized by Oxone (Potassium peroxymonosulfate) in CH2Cl2/H2O solvent to synthesize 1-Nitro-4-trifluoromethyl-benzene (m1). The effect of Oxone amount on the conversion degree of raw material was discussed in ditail. Then m1 was coupled with 4-Iodo-phenylamine to obtain the important intermediate, yellow solid, the yield was 52%. The chemical structures of synthetic intermediate was confirmed by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.

Abstract: Polyaniline (PANI) and phosphoric acid (PA) doped sulfonated polybenzimidazole (SPBI) composite membrane was prepared for application in high-temperature proton exchange membrane (PEMFC) without the need of humidification. The synthesis and characterization of targed composite membrane were introduced in this paper.

Abstract: In order to obtain an important azobenzene liquid crystal with high birefrience, click chemistry reaction was used to preparation the compound. In this paper, the novle azobenzene liquid crystal was synthesized by (4-Ethynyl-phenyl)-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-diazene and C8H17Br as raw materials. In addition, the synthesized compound was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR to confirm the consistent structure, and the liquid crystal phase behaviors of phase sequences were investigated by polarizingmicroscope (POM).

Abstract: Addition into the cement concrete fine dispersed basalt fiber allows to increase properties of fine concretes and high strength concretes. Widespread usage of this type of concrete reinforcement is limited by insufficient research of changes in the properties of basalt fiber in cement matrix. Research was made of basalt fiber comprised in cement matrix with the aid of optic and electronic microscope with magnification up to 10000. It is established a limited damage of structure of basalt fiber.

Abstract: Commercially available nanosilica was modified with silane coupling agent A-151, and then emulsion was synthesized with modified SiO2, vinyl acetate, methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate by polymerization reaction. Effects the amount of emulsifier, initiator and organic nano-SiO2, etc factors on the performance of emulsion polymerization and latex film were investigated. The best test results of composite emulsion of SiO2 and vinyl acetate-acrylate were obtained by theoretical research and experimental operation: modified nano-SiO2 content of 3%, emulsifier the content of OP of 3%, potassium persulfate content of the initiator of 0.5%. By infrared spectroscopy, surface of the SiO2 had been changed, which showed the performance of situ composite of modified nano-SiO2 and vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion had been significantly improved.
