Setting and Achieving of Travel Inducing on the Expressway in the Fog

Abstract:

In order to improve the travel inducing ability in the foggy area of expressway and reduce the accident rate, the effect and the demand of fog on the expressway were analyzed. Then the design theory of travel inducing was studied, including the various components. Finally, the Example were analyzed, the setting and achieving technology were applied in Beng Huai Expressway. The results indicate that, the travel inducing technology solve the problem of traffic safety well in fog, and bring a good socioeconomic benefits.
