Abstract:

This paper is based on development platform of Supermap IS.NET to discuss the overall structure, topological structure, function and database design and other aspects of eco-environment comprehensive management platform in Shandong Province according to some characteristics of eco-environment multi-elements composite system .for example ,when it comes to a wide range of massive information having strong temporal and spatial variation ,we need to make attention to summarize the issues in the process of design . System predicts and judges the trend of eco-environmental development by establishing ecological monitoring information database, integrating observational data, analyzing data at laboratory and industrial management, storing background value of eco-environmental conditions, which provides reference for eco-environment al monitoring and evaluation.
