Abstract: On college campuses, road is important part of activities on campus, and campus planning. This paper in case of Tianjin University of Technology, On the University campus in common of traffic safety issues examined and analysed, mastering different features of the campus and the community, urban transport, based on these characteristics, on the campuses of these problems put forward the corresponding measures. So that people can be comfortable and convenient campus safe arrival.

Abstract: The balance of mixed production line is the key issue, which means to adjust the working load to make working hour equal to production TAKT as well as to average the working hour of each station. Firstly, the automobile piston mixed production line system was analyzed by eM-Plant, which was carried out by object-oriented modeling and process-oriented simulation. After evaluating the production line performance, including the utilization rate of equipment and worker, the bottlenecks of the mixed production line were indentified. Finally, the relative measures were put forward to solve it, which makes the enterprise obtains the ability of rapid response to market demands.

Abstract: Frame is the main bearing component of bogie and the reliability of which directly affects the performance and safety of the locomotive. Survival analysis is used for reliability analysis of bogie frame to solve uncertain life time problem. It turns out that the best life distribution model is three-parameter Weibull distribution. A prediction model of failure rate composed of PSO-BP is came up with to predict the failure rate of bogie frame accurately.

Abstract: This paper provides a characterization of the electrical energy consumption of agrifood industries located in the central region of Portugal that use refrigeration systems to ensure the food safety. The study is based on the result analysis of survey data and energy characteristics of the participating companies. The agrifood industries included in the survey belong to the following sector: meat, dairy, horticultural, distribution and wine. The comparison of energy indicators for the specific electrical energy consumption of companies of a sector and between sectors is analysed and discussed, providing reference levels for the energy performance of agrifood industries. Since the agrifood sector accounts for high level of energy consumption, the energy performance level knowledge can promote the rational use of energy as well as helping on the decision making of practice measures for the improvement of the energy efficiency.

Abstract: In order to get the influence mechanism of every factor on power transmission project, the paper divided the project into four stages, namely: decision and feasibility study stage, design and bid stage, construction stage and completion final accounts stage. The paper applies the interpretive structural model (ISM) to analyze the function mechanism among the factors and final forms the interpretive structural diagram.

Abstract: The PM2.5 atmospheric pollution is becoming more and more serious. A lot of importance has been attached to its course of formation and control scheme. Especially the related research has been taken on the quantitative analysis and control. In this paper, a reasonable PM2.5 five years of treatment scheme is given for a city as an example. First of all, by using the correlation analysis, the correlation matrix of the city's 6 main AQI index were obtained on existing monitoring data. The correlation analysis is also taken on the PM2.5 and the other 5 primary AQI index. It gives the same conclusion, that is, PM2.5 is correlated with SO2, NO2, PM10 and CO. And the correlation is significantly linear. Then, by using stepwise regression analysis, the optimal regression equation about PM2.5 and 3 with comprehensive treatment and governance factors, PM10 SO2 NO2, is calculated. After converting the PM2.5 concentration into its AQI index for both the reference year and five years after target, the reference year's PM2.5, SO2, NO2, PM10 benchmark index value are also calculated. Then according to each of these 4 indicators of minimum changes, and still can meet the constraints, a nonlinear programming model and the nonlinear constraints are established and simplified as linear constraints. So, the model is transformed into a standard nonlinear programming problem. Finally, the possible annual average governance indicators are calculated. It Has a certain of practical significance for guiding the control scheme of PM2.5.

Abstract: To study the influence of foreign direct investment on market structure, the paper presented a regression model based on the relevant time series data of foreign direct investment stock on the market structure of ports in China during the period of 1991 to 2011. By Cointegration Granger causality testing of foreign direct investment stock and market concentration of the Chinese port industry, we find significant influence of foreign direct investment on the market concentration of the port industry. At the same time while the inflows of FDI increase market concentration, they also further diversify the concentration and increased competition in the port regions studied.

Abstract: The paper discussed the minimum level of passenger demand which could make intercity railway project social profitability in China. The analysis of the costs and benefits linked to other alternative transport modes has been taken into account. The results show that the intercity railway studied is socially profitable with a demand of 4.07 million passengers and a social discount rate of 7%, and the conclusion also applies to other intercity railways in China with similar line conditions and regional economic level.

Abstract: With the development of Taiwan’s economy and increasing revenues of the people, people are increasingly interested in tourism and leisure lifestyles. Local governments in Taiwan develop their own unique shopping areas based on the considerations of their own characteristics. Woodcarving works display commercial, artistic, practical, aesthetical, and other features. From the heyday of export and domestic sales, the global downturn, and the establishment of the woodcarving museum, the industry experienced changes like the business cycle. During this period of thriving export, every household in Sanyi was creating wood carving products day and night. Due to the flourishing export of the wood carving industry of Sanyi, outside wood carvers came to Sanyi and introduced new artistic styles, resulting in different creative concepts of wood carving works. The majority of residents in Sanyi are Hakka, and over 50% of the people are engaging in the woodcarving industry. Presently, due to time, space, external, and internal factors, the woodcarving industry of Sanyi has gradually passed the heyday of export. Through qualitative and quantitative methods, this study analyzed the status and process of the development of the Sanyi woodcarving cultural and creative industry, as well as the change of marketing models. We explored whether emotional marketing methods can arouse the perception of consumption situations, and individual intrinsic emotions and feelings, while promoting proactive participation and purchase of woodcarving products to enrich the life of consumers. Moreover, this study discussed the depth and width of the impact on existing consumers and potential community members. By analyzing the woodcarving industry in Sanyi, Miaoli, as based on a conversion from the past, as well as current development and future vision, this study proposed marketing strategy suggestions as reference for the woodcarving industry.

Abstract: The evaluation system about comprehensive quality of music graduated students was introduced in the paper. The methods of AHP were proposed to optimize evaluation system model. Meanwhile, the evaluation index system of the comprehensive quality of music graduate students is established. Then, the model was established and the solving was given according to the construction of evaluation index system principles. AHP is proposed to establish the weight of evaluation based on the receipt questionnaire survey from related experts. In the end, a example provided demonstrates the application in choice of the best student and it was proved that methods proposed is efficient to solve the optimization problems about the more complex, more fuzzy the decision management.
