Abstract: The sunflower oil that has rich nutritional value is high-quality nutrition oil. The quality of oil products was impacted seriously by a lot of harmful substances that contained in sunflower seed shell. The characteristic of sunflower seeds are the kernel is smaller and the shell density is large. The shelling operation is quite difficult with the characteristic. The shelling devices for the sunflower seeds based on optimization design method and dynamics analysis is introduced in the paper. The shelling devices for the sunflower seeds can be used in the place of processing factory and individual workshop. The structure of shelling devices was designed with the 3d modeling software. In the research, the virtual prototype technology was used to simulate the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the mechanical system. The feasibility of the design scheme of mechanical system was proved with the simulation analysis results. The equipment has advantages of the structure is compact, safe and reliable, easy to use. The research of the shelling devices for sunflower seeds can be regarded as the reference of the related research.

Abstract: In this study, the self-evolution problem of knowledgeable manufacturing systems is studied by taking an assembly workshop as an example. The rolling horizon procedure (RHP) is adopted to implement the self-evolution process of the workshop. The whole dynamic self-evolution process is decomposed into several static decision processes. At each decision point, a static decision sub-problem needs to be solved. A general mathematical model of these sub-problems is built, and a bi-level genetic algorithm (BiGA) is designed. Simulation results show that the model and algorithm are feasible and effective. By comparison, the system with self-evolution operations has a better production performance.

Abstract: By analytical and finite element analysis method, this paper analyzes the various factors on the impact of EDM surface roughness. Put forward in the process of EDM according to the coarse, medium and fine, step by step to change the order of the processing conditions, and in turn increase the momentum of the swinging electrode EDM mirror machining method. Analysis and calculate the feeding and machining allowance of each process conditions. Experiments show that in the mixed powder fluid, not replace the electrodes and processed work pieces of 45 # steel, surface roughness of work piece reached Ra0.02μm.

Abstract: The total deformation and contact pressure the equivalent stress of rotary and stationary rings of contact mechanical seal are numerical simulated by ANSYS workbench. The effects of spring pressure, friction coefficient, rotational speed of rotary ring, width of contact surfaces on deformation and contact pressure are analyzed. Results indicate that deformation of rotary and stationary rings increases with the increase of spring pressure and friction coefficient, however, decreases with the increase of rotational speed of rotary ring and width of contact surfaces. Contact pressure increases with the increase of spring pressure, however, decreases with the increase of friction coefficient and width of contact surfaces. The effects of spring pressure and friction coefficient on contact pressure are not obvious, and the effect of width of contact surfaces on contact pressure is very small when it is more than 3 mm.

Abstract: The compression of the flue gas is one of the most critical processes of CO2 recycling in oxy-fuel combustion technology. With a 300 MW Oxy-fuel pulverized coal fired boiler taken as an example of study, the selection of compressors of its flue gas compressing system is analyzed by the thermodynamic calculation. In this paper, two centrifugal compressors with the same specification are in parallel running as Scheme 1 of selection, while an axial compressor and a piston compressor are in series operation as Scheme 2 of selection. It shows that the Scheme 2 has the advantage of the energy consumption and water separation of the flue gas in inter-cooler comparing with Scheme1.

Abstract: The oscillating flow is an important factor affecting the performance of the rotor–seal system. From the point of view of flow induced vibration, the nonlinear models of the rotor-seal system are presented for the analysis of the self-excited vibration, which is induced by interaction between the unstable seal fluid flow and the vibrating rotor. The nonlinear characteristics of flow induced vibration in the rotor-seal system are analyzed, and the nonlinear phenomena in the unbalanced rotor-seal system are investigated using the nonlinear model with the flow induced vibration.

Abstract: In this paper, doing the theoretical error research of CNC lens cutting machine by the method of mathematical modeling in the theory of multi-body system, It reveals the cause of low of the law of the theoretical error of five-axis CNC machine tools for each degree of freedom, proves designers with the theoretical ideas, certain guiding significance for the development of CNC machine.CNC glass cutting function to adapt to the dynamic changes of the resin lens surface shape, in a very short production cycle can produce a low cost, high quality and different outline of individualized product, is the direction of the lens processing system, CNC glass cutting machine, the three-dimensional model is shown in figure 1: two rotary motion to the X axis swing around and around the Z axis rotation, decorated with Y to linear motion on the worktable, spindle to produce X and Z to translation. According to the literature, as a result of multi-body system theory of complex mechanical system has strong generalization ability and the unique way of system description, can fully consider the various factors influencing the system and the coupling relationship between each other, and therefore is widely used in error modeling of complex mechanical system movement

Abstract: Based on the principle and method of computational fluid dynamics (CFD), using the software, FLUENT, the inner flow field in a mixed-flow stirred reactor was simulated and the flow details were studied roundly. This article analyzed the three-dimensional velocity field distribution and testified the reliability of numerical simulation to a certain extent. The simulated effect was proved effective. The results of this paper provided a good base and reference for the further research of the stirred reactor.

Abstract: To increase the precision and the processing efficiency of large-scale marine propeller, the method of twin-tool symmetrical processing is proposed based on hybrid mechanism. With the introduction of mechanism compositions of the machine tool, the calibration method of the structural parameters is researched. The serial and parallel mechanisms of the hybrid mechanism are calibrated separately for the coupled motion. Their structural error models are established and identification methods of structural parameters are analyzed. And nonlinear equations are solved by using the Levenberg-Marquardt optimization algorithm to obtain the structural parameters. Finally, in ADAMS, hybrid machine tool model with structural parameter errors is established. And the pose errors of the tool are acquired in kinematics simulation. After that, the structural parameters errors of the machine tool are compensated by calibrating. Then, the error models and the parameter identification methods are proved to be accurate. Meanwhile, the correctness and effectiveness of the calibration method is proved.

Abstract: This article discusses the construction of network manufacturing system based on open CNC, through combining the own characteristics of C/S and B/S architecture with CNC manufacturing units, communication is achieved by underlying network link through port design. This communication mode can guarantee real time and vast amount of data transmission, and ensure the wideness of the entire network manufacturing system, which is a strong trend of network manufacturing.
