Abstract: According to the shortcomings of the traditional free abrasive chemical mechanical polishing (CMP), in recent years, the fixed abrasive chemical mechanical polishing (FA-CMP) technology is proposed. It is a new planarization technology developed on the basis of the traditional CMP. Pad is an important and dispensable part in FA-CMP. The cost and quality of FA-CMP pad are determined by the preparation technology. In order to study the FA-CMP pad of the low cost and high quality, in this paper, by reading a lot of literature, 5 kinds of preparation technology of FA-CMP pad are analyzed. Study results will provide some reference for further designing and manufacturing the FA-CMP pad.

Abstract: In this paper, the sideslip angle and yaw velocity as parameters are presented to describing the motion state of the motion state of the vehicle, in which two DOF(degree of freedom) vehicle model is used as the reference model. And car speed is considered as the system step input to building a three DOF vehicle model based on H.B. Pacejka’s tire model. Meanwhile, the sideslip angle and the yaw velocity are taken as the system outputs. And achieve simulated analysis of vehicle handing stability by using Simulink. The results show that the three DOF vehicle model is more accurate in description of transport condition, which provides reference for the study of the vehicle steering stability.

Abstract: In order to improve the mechanics properties of the rotor components at ultra-high load steady acceleration conditions, the significant factors to the rotor mechanics properties, which include the ellipsoid axis length, minor axis length, rotor speed and gyration radius of holes, are taken as the optimizing objects, the extreme stress, strain extremes, moment of inertia of rotor are optimized as the targets. Then optimization models of the rotor mechanics parameters are established, and the multi-objective optimization method of rotor mechanics properties is proposed based on particle swarm. The results show that the mechanics properties of the rotor were significantly improved using the optimize method.

Abstract: A drawer-combined condiment container was designed, and the design methods and steps were illustrated from four aspects, including the structure and function, material selection, dimensioning, modeling and decoration. With the integrated storage and independent sealing of different types of condiment, as well as the pickup of improved fluid condiment, it is characterized by cleanliness, convenience in application, space-saving and reusable features when compared to the like product. Therefore, it is of application and promotion value in the packing container design and related industries.

Abstract: In this paper, we researched the analysis methods of composite structure from a quantitative point of view. Based on reasonable assumptions, the research contents of the upper and lower repair tolerance were pointed. It was proposed that the remaining strength of damaged structural components should be used as the parameter index to analyze the lower repair tolerance, meanwhile calculating the parameter via the model of stress and interference. We could then confirm the conclusion by contrasting the references. To analyze the upper repair tolerance, we considered mainly technical level and economical efficiency, from which the upper limit could be ascertained.

Abstract: According to the technology requirement and existing problems of the key working parts (punching device) of the peanut mulching film and punching planter, the punching device of the peanut mulching film and punching planter was designed adapt to first mulching film and then sowing. It was introduced the structure and working principle of the punching device, and the punching mechanism are studied. The trajectory of the punching parts was analyzed in the punching process, and the parameter equation of the punching profile was established. On the basis, the main structure parameters of the punching device were analyzed and optimized. The study provides reference and basis for the design and development of the peanut mulching film and punching planter.

Abstract: In order to reduce the vibration of the high speed timing screw and optimize the manufacturing process of classic three-section high speed timing screw. Mathematical model of three-section high speed timing screw is rebuilt based on B-spline curve and a general mathematical model for the screw. Thus result a new one-section form instead of old three-section type. Then the displacement and speed is simulated in MATLAB. After that,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis have been done in ANSYS. Whose results show that new one-section high speed timing screw which can meet the request of three-section. New one-section high speed timing screw has no velocity mutation, which reduces the vibration of the high speed timing screw. According to the result of modal analysis and harmonic response analysis, the vibration is reduced about 20%.

Abstract: High energy forming technology has been widely applied in the aircraft and automobile area which means high energy works in very short time, no more than 1s. The innovative hybrid impact hydro-forming (IHF) technology is a kind of high energy forming technique. It combines hydroforming and high energy forming, which first use hydro-forming to shape large character of product, then use high energy to form small features, such as convex tables, bars etc. The present work investigates the shock wave generation of hybrid impact hydroforming. In this paper, the theory of shock wave is presented and finite element simulation was carried out by using MSC. The pressure distribution changes in the depth direction, but not in the width direction. Using this shock wave loading condition we did forming experiments. Punching occurred as a result of combined tensile and shear stress effects. Furthermore, the design precise of die and clearance between punch and die may less strict. Therefore, the research is very useful for the development and application of hybrid impact hydroforming.

Abstract: Effect of modified atmosphere packaging on the Hypomesus Olidus fresh quality under refrigerated (0±1°C) was investigated. By measuring sensory characteristics, pH, rate of juice leakage, TVB-N value, the effect of different gas mixtures were evaluated. The results indicated that MAP prevented the spoilage and the bacterial growth of sample was inhibited, and MAP was effective in extending shelf life of Hypomesus Olidus.
