Abstract: Supplier selection of supply chain manufacturing is particularly important under the environment of Supply Chain Integration. This paper explained basic ideas of suppliers selection firstly, and then proposed improved TOPSIS method, elaborated four steps of this method, finally analysis with examples of B company, a large integrated industrial company, which main products are large crane parts. The conclusion has some reference value for supplier selection in manufacturing.

Abstract: In UG(Unigraphics) environment, computer aided design on Bill of Materials (BOM) for chemical towel is developed using the development tools of VB. By depth traverse to the assembly structure tree,part properties are extracted from the parts information library in the tower assembly. These information are saved to the BOM management library, to generate the Engineering BOM(EBOM) view. The application module is the base for the further process planning and manufacturing.

Abstract: Aluminum alloy structures are widely used in engineering practice. The advantage of aluminum alloy is light weight and corrosion resistance. For different application fields, the structures of aluminum alloy components are very different. They are typically lighter for the same strength and provide better heat conduction. As we know that do FEA (finite element analysis) is necessary before and after the alloy structures have been made. In this paper, a detail analysis was done with FEM (finite element method), and the stress distribution of alloy structures was obtained. Also the FEA results show that the maximum stress is much less than the yield stress and the stress concentration of the round is need to notice.

Abstract: The finite-element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to study the influence of various parameters of barrier hole on the vibration-decreasing effect, such as the diameter, spacing, depth, hole number and row number of barrier holes and distance from blast holes to barrier holes. The simulation study indicates that: vibration-enhancing area and vibration-decreasing area exist together behind the barrier holes; various parameters of barrier holes can apparently affect the location, range and results of the vibration-enhancing area and the vibration-decreasing area; With bigger diameter, shorter distance, larger number and deeper barrier holes, the better vibration-decreasing results will come out; Under the conditions of numerical simulation in this paper, the effect of double-row barrier holes are better than that of single-row barrier holes, and the effect of vibration-decreasing of triangle layout form is almost the same as rectangle layout form of barrier holes; the changing distance between vibration barrier holes and blast holes will have a fluctuating effect on the vibration-decreasing effect, thus we should select the best location of vibration barrier holes based on the actual engineering conditions in practical engineering. The largest vibration-decreasing ratio of the barrier holes we have obtained at the test site is 33.3%, which is successfully utilized in the production explosion, so we have verified effectiveness of vibration-decreasing effect of the barrier holes.

Abstract: In the process of large equipments lifting, when the object is lifted by four or more cranes collaboratively, it is under the action of the spatially statically indeterminate parallel force system. Based on the state geometric change characteristics of the multi-crane system which is a rigid-flexible coupling structure, we creat the deformation coordination equation and propose a method to solve the problem of the spatially statically indeterminate parallel force system for the rigid-flexible coupling structure, which can be widely applied in any lifting case. And the effectiveness of this method is verified by the comparative analysis with FEM.

Abstract: A mathematic model of aluminum extrusion process using body-fitted grids based finite volume method was studied and established in this paper. The basic goverment equations of the finite volume method were built, body-fitted grids were used to mesh computational region, basic goverment equations were discretized on body fitted grids directly, so complex coordinate conversion was avoided by no use of aptamer coordinate system. Initial conditions, boundary conditions and calculation processes of aluminum extrusion process finite volume method were studied and established, a program had been written based this model and a typical process of aluminum extrusion was simulated, amount of physical fields such as velocities, effective stress and effective strain rate etc. were obtained, the results were compared with that simulated by finite element method, so the feasibility and exactness of the mathematic model is proved.

Abstract: In order to achieve higher speed and better efficiency of the plastic buckle molding, Imageware, the reverse design software, was adopted in this paper to process the point cloud data of the plastic buckle, mesh feature lines and reconstruct the surface,and then the reconstructed plastic buckle model was imported into UG and saved in STL format with the powerful surface repair function of UG to suture discontinuous surfaces. Mold Wizards of UG, the mold design module, was used to create mold assembly model, design parting surface, generate three-dimensional solid model of molding parts according to STL format saved previously and eventually the injection-molded plastic buckle was analyzed with Moldflow / MPI. As was indicated, the optimized design parameters tally with the experimental results basically.

Abstract: According to data accumulated for years by ship operation enterprises, this paper designs and develops long voyage vessel data warehouse in order to manage and analyze these data. This article gives a detailed description about the design of data warehouse including theme analysis and design method for logical model and physical model. On the basis of data warehouse, multi-dimension data set is built and OLAP is applied on ship voyage situation statistics and analysis. The result shows the long voyage vessel data warehouse in this paper is effective and practical.

Abstract: Rayleigh equation was applied to establish the model of the underwater vehicle tail gas mass developing process. The interrelationship of tail gas mass radius and pressure of was analyzed. The interaction equation between tail gas mass change and vehicle motion parameters was studied by coupling equation of gas mass and vehicle motion. The result shows that the simulation result agree with experimental results well, and show that the change of environment pressure with different work situations. The bigger initial pressure is, the longer oscillation period of vehicle tail pressure is. The bigger initial pressure is, the bigger initial acceleration is, but the acceleration is distinctly attenuate with time.

Abstract: Litsea cubeba fruit as raw material in this experiment, the use of ultrasonic-assisted method of litsea cubeba oil extraction process are discussed. The effects of several ultrasonic processing parameters, such as ratio of liquid to solid, extraction temperature, ultrasonic power and extraction time on the extraction of litsea cubeba oil were investigated assisted by ultrasonic wave. And the L9 (34) orthogonal test was used to research this four factors, the result from the visual analysis indicated that the optimal extraction process was gotten when ratio of liquid to solid was 14:1 , ultrasonic time was 50min, ultrasonic power is 320W, ultrasonic temperature is 60 °C.Those experimental results showed that ultrasonic-assisted extraction of the Litsea cubeba oil is practicable, and this method is simple and efficient. With the preliminary investigation of the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of Litsea Cubeba oil, the oil yield reached up to 41.35%, this value is the highest of all the oil yields from the current oil extraction methods, and it is worthy of further exploration .
