Abstract: Starting from the fact of backlash and gear transmission error, it is established vibration model of spiral bevel gear lapping system with two degrees of freedom. Through normalized calculate, it is obtained dynamic response of lapping vibration model under different braking torque. According to the time course and the phase diagram, during the process that brake torque switch from small to big, teeth meshing, collision and disengaged alternately goes on, and with the braking torque increases to a certain value, the teeth collision disappear and then back into the complete meshing state.

Abstract: The reflow soldering process under infrared hot air environment was simulated based on a typical BGA SMA and a twelve-zone reflow oven. Then the optimal soldering process parameters were obtained based on 6σ analysis method and related software. The results could be used to direct the lead-free soldering process parameters setting, and the soldering quality was ensured effectively.

Abstract: This paper selects bias slider-crank mechanism with a constant angular velocity as the research object. First the motion law of mechanism is derived by adopting complex vector method, and then the motion law curve of slider is solved and drawn with MATLAB which can accurately reflect the actual slider motion law; meanwhile output ADAMS simulation result data and compare ADAMS simulation results with the derived results with MATLAB. The results show slider motion law of ADAMS simulation coincides with the theoretical derivation result, which is simulation intuitive and easy to measure.

The paper not only analyzed on the characteristics of them but also analyzed their applicability at the same time, at last the paper analyzed the application of those modem design methods in the design and develop process of mechanical product.

Abstract: Due to special physical and chemical properties of water medium, three-way water hydraulic valve has many key technical problems that could seriouly affect the operating performance. Safety valve in three-way hydraulic valve is seen as a research object, which is aiming at studying the effect of flow field distribution with surface micro modeling in three-way hydraulic valve cavity based on FLUENT. The simulation results show that, proper surface micro modelling help to improve the three-way water hydraulic valve cavity flow field distribution, different structural parameters affecting different flow field distribution, as for micro modelling design, careful consideration of the selection of structure parameters is necessary.

Abstract: As a hydraulic system’s specific vector execution unit runs, leveling cylinder is to ensure the entire system is an important component of the horizontal plane. The fuel tank is on the basis of traditional reciprocating action adds an assist in the return spring. This paper analyzes the leveling system is mainly due to poor seal leaks caused by a few, and on this basis gives a solution, in order to improve the technical level of equipment operators and maintenance personnel to improve the use and maintenance of equipment support capabilities.

Abstract: This paper is mainly on the research of squeeze casting production automobile air conditioner front cover FS170C, due to the development and optimization of the part in the production process, design and manufacture of low cost mould, the rules of structure and properties of castings is lack of corresponding research, seriously affected the development and market competition ability of the air conditioning compressor front cover. In order to solve the above problems, and to provide reference data and process scheme is necessary, this study to optimize the design of squeeze casting technology of the front cover of the air conditioner, finalized a most reasonable extrusion casting scheme, namely the gating system is more suitable and exhaust system design, and the squeeze casting process parameters, in this scheme next, carries on the mold design, production of squeeze casting of high quality.

Abstract: The paper introduces the meaning of “energy-saving and emission reduction” in new energy vehicles, analyzes the basic forms of new energy vehicles, proposes two-step method for calculating energy-saving performance, and establishes energy consumption calculation formulas through comparative analysis on overall energy consumption and emission during the whole life between several types of pure electric vehicles and conventional vehicles. The paper provides theoretical support for rational development of energy-saving new energy automotive industry.
