Abstract: This paper firstly introduces the research status and development of management information system at home and abroad, describes the management information system of municipal engineering need theory and the main technology used in the design and development process; using UML modeling method to describe the function module and the behavior features of the system in the design phase for the system, and we are designed the database, interface, error handling, and maintenance of the system; and uses the B/S framework and Microsoft SQL server database, developed a web page using JSP technology, realizes design of the municipal engineering management information system; at last the paper introduced in detail implementation and test of program design process and coding function module.

Abstract: This paper presents novel logic/software co-work architecture for embedded high definition image processing platform, which is built by the considerations of system level, board hardware level, and the tasks partition between CPU processing and programmable logic based on the latest launched System on Chip Field Programmable Gate Array (Soc FPGA) – Xilinx ZC7020. For this case, we comprehensive analyze of the critical data paths: the uniform Advanced Extensible Interface (AXI) processing between processing system (PS) and processing logic (PL), including high definition video pass through PL to PS and PS software processing send to PL for speed up. We have included the transplant of opensource Linux, multiprocessing cooperative control and boot loader in PS side. Since the general platform is proposed, a fire detection approach based on high definition image processing is implemented. Experiment results indicated the feasibility and universality of the embedded system architecture.

Abstract: The paper researches a recognition algorithm of modulation signal and modulation modes. The modulation modes to be recognized include 2ASK, 2FSK, 2PSK, 4ASK, 4FSK and 4PSK modulation. There are two methods recognizing modulation modes of digital signal, method based on decision theory and pattern-recognition method based on feature extraction. The method based on decision theory is not suitable for recognition with multiple modulation modes. The core of pattern recognition based on feature extraction is selection of feature parameters. So the paper uses the feature parameters with simple calculation, easy to be implemented and high recognition rate as the core. The extraction of feature parameters is based on instant feature of modulation signal after Hilbert transformation.

Abstract: The digitization of information medium not only provides great convenience for the access of information, but also evidently improves the efficiency and accuracy of information expression. Especially with the development of modern net-communication technique, the exchange and transmission of data becomes very easy. The paper proposes a new image watermarking algorithm —— DCT-domain binary image watermarking algorithm. The algorithm is a blind detection algorithm without the needs of host primary image in the process of extracting watermark. The added watermarking information has good invisibility. And it has better anti-attack capability on JPEG attack of watermarking attack method.

Abstract: Infrared equipment has good concealment, strong anti-interference ability, far operating range and fast search speed. These features make it more and more used in military or civilian fields. This paper aims to realize the moving target recognition and tracking system based on Infrared scanning image. According to the actual situation, choose a combination method of Butterworth filter and Median filter as the image preprocessing algorithm, selected the segmentation algorithm based on the target local energy for continuous multi frames, and using Kalman tracking algorithm with our orientation algorithm to track the target, get the target specific position. Using GDI in VC++ to establish Radar Scanning polar coordinate system, show the target trajectory in the coordinate system.

Abstract: Using HT66FU50 as main control chip, along with sensors and associated circuitry, a family multifunction aquarium is designed. It’s a fully automatic aquarium, which can monitor the water’s temperature and oxygen level, can automatic intelligent control feeding, music playing, and oxygen increasing. It also incorporates functions of status displaying, parameter setting, auto-power-off when fault, etc. This design is low cost, easy to use, and has worthy of popularity.

Abstract: With the development of industry, the control system is more and more complex. For the nonlinear problems which can’t be solved by the traditional linear control system used now, it uses the model-free adaptive control system based on the neural network to effectively solve them. In this paper, it firstly makes a detailed analysis on the neural network, describing the neuron, the BP network and the training of neural network; then talks about the model-free adaptive control system, analyzing the structure, characteristics and algorithm of the system; and finally gives the core code of the model-free adaptive control system of the neural network. This paper provides positive effect to the industrial control staff and artificial intelligence researchers.

Abstract: Edge detection is the most basic arithmetic of the local information of image change detection, image edge detection can help people better describe or identify image, is abasic technique in image processing. Edge detection is mainly to find out the important goal of the salient points on the boundary of the image,because the traditional edge detection operators have the same direction, so easily missed in the detection process.In this paper, the solitary wave algorithm for image edge detection, this algorithm can provide both the direction and size of the image edge, a certain extent, can also solve the missing edges, it is possible to extract more accurate image information.

Abstract: The article analyze current situation of the electric meter reading system, and given circuit of the remote automatic meter reading based on single-chip system model, and introduced in detail the key part of data acquisition, data concentrator and the monitoring center software, hardware implementation. The wiring complexity of the project has been reduced by using the technology of RS485 communication for data transmission, which has been improved the reliability of data communication system, and reduced power consumption. The results show that the terminal is normal and reliable.

Abstract: This paper design and realize a uplink single hop and multi hop data transmission using the Zigbee technical, and the system can realize the downlink overall and single equipment control network. The Wireless sensor network system is mainly used in data transmission and control. The network is debugged and tested. The final network operation and the test results show that the overall network running in good condition, the design realizes all functions and achieve the desired results.
