Abstract: This paper introduces the basic structure of audio retrieval system based on content, and in the related literature at home and abroad, analyzes the main features of audio retrieval algorithm that divided into the following several types: minimum distance method, neural network, Support Vector Machine, decision tree search algorithm and other audio retrieval algorithm. At the same time, this paper discusses some key techniques of audio retrieval.

Abstract: Cloud Computing has brought many opportunities and challenges to Internet technology, there also has been affected the protection of patent right. Generally this is the relationship between Technology and Legislation, Economy and Superstructure, so they should be adapt to the variation of technology. First of all, it is crucial to define the position of cloud computing related techniques in legislation. Secondly, technical factors and method patents are evitable to explore the patentability of cloud computing related techniques. Finally, to recognize the cloud computing related techniques as a patent subject matter would not be expand the scope of patent protection inappropriately.

Abstract: In order to solve heterogeneity of financial system and make the group access financial systems of each subsidiary, the paper proposes to integrate Agent and XML into middleware models of heterogeneous financial system. There have been some theoretical researches applying Agent technology to middleware at home and abroad, but there is no deep study on the application of heterogeneous database middleware. Combined with the features of Agent, the paper introduces Agent into database integration middleware, and applies it to heterogeneous financial system of groups, which solves financial supervision problem of groups on subsidiary.

Abstract: For the rapid development of the Internet in Chinese rural areas and the status of not high agricultural informationization level, this paper adopts sample investigation method, making clear the reasons of low application efficiency of Internet technology in agricultural production operation. The reason of agricultural informationization backward is that rural people have obvious difference in age, gender and education group structure aspect. Insufficient understanding of Internet information resource, the lack of application technology and traditional information habits are the restricting factors of influencing network application in agricultural production.

Abstract: For artificial irrigation in excess or deficiency, not timely and other shortcomings, the paper expounds the application in agricultural and landscape irrigation system based on the wireless sensor network and single chip computer; at the same time the paper designed system architecture of automatic irrigation system based on wireless sensor network. The hardware of the system adopts CC2430 single chip microcomputer as control core, by the real-time acquisition and processing of data in wireless sensor networks, the control data by wireless way is sent to the irrigation controller. The system can real-time monitor the soil temperature and humidity changes, r realize fine flower required and efficient use of water resources.
