Abstract: J2EE is set for the distributed computing realization of API, services and protocols developed by SUN. The design objective of J2EE computer development tool is to provide a simple, easy operation development platform for developers, which can reduce the cost of development, shorten the development cycle, and improve the comprehensive performance of computer system. In this paper, we use JSP calculation vessel function module of J2EE to improve the computer economic detection system, and establish data connection between system and the HTML Webpage, which realizes the real-time and continuous detection of the economy. Finally, based on the external demand and exports of industrial products in an area, we detect trade transactions in the region, and do mathematical statistics using the J2EE system, and finally get the trade scale. It provides a new computer method for the research of export trade and economic detection.

Abstract: Binocular vision system can be widely used in CNC machine tools chatter monitoring, due to its simple system and automatic measurement function. Traditional registration method cannot balance the contradiction between precision and speed of registration; restrict its application in high speed monitoring system. So based on traditional feature point registration method, it proposes a new method to obtain more accurate matching feature points by using complexity distribution feature of image region to determine the distribution of feature region and the bidirectional similarity and triangle similar method, which realize quick registration. From the simulation and implementation effect perspective, this method is feasible for the image registration in high-speed monitoring system.

Abstract: Imaging quality not only is one of the important criteria for the quality of imaging system, but also is the emphasis of designing a high-quality imaging system. For digital image processing, there are many methods of image restoration for images with noise pollution. The paper tries restoring the fundamental reason making imaging quality degraded, which is image error of lens. While reducing the design requirements of traditional optical system, the paper tries erasing aberration of optical image system, which can achieve good imaging quality.

Abstract: With the increasing quantity and position of vehicles in people’s daily life, the security problems of vehicles have been paid more and more attention. At present, the medium and low-end cars and truck positioning, monitoring and anti-theft function have not been popular. Facing the imperfect function and unfriendly software design interface problems, it can not meet the users’ need. This paper adopts C/S structure to design a vehicle security system. It can realize the remote monitoring, vehicle carrier talk, fatigue driving monitoring, remote fortification and call alarm functions, ensuring the vehicles for 24 hours in the monitoring state, improving the vehicle usage safety coefficient. The system can have stable and reliable operation, and the data can conduct uninterruptedly transmission, and the interface is friendly and the operation is strong.

Abstract: Access can be used to develop a variety of software applications, such as financial management, sales management, financial management system, which has the advantages of simple operation, Even if the non computer professionals can master in a short period of time, and it can meet the development in many fields. In this paper, based on the option management, we establish the options financial risk management model of power enterprise, combined with MySQL database tools, and design financial risk management system of the electric power enterprise. The system has a visual interface, and the user can query and do risk prediction quickly through visualization window, which greatly improves the efficiency of financial risk management for electric power enterprise. It provides a new method for the application of computer in enterprise risk management.

Abstract: This paper has optimized the design of the third party e-commerce platform by using the RMS developed environment, C++ development language, and the GCC compiler, and has developed the risk management platform of third party e-commerce for logistics, then has tested the performance of the platform. The test results indicates that the time spent on the prediction of financial risk task is mostly in the range of 0.116~0.12s, keeping on a smaller scale, which has verified the reliability and stability of the platform performance. At last, the paper carries out an accounting of the financial risk of an enterprise within the next year by using the platform, and obtains the risk index and weight coefficient, which provides the technical reference for the application of computer in e-commerce platform.

Abstract: In this paper we use matrix characteristic value extraction to improve the mathematical model of embedded multimedia information transmission, combined with the characteristic value filter, establish the optimum path model of embedded multimedia information search. By using VC program and data interface function, we directly embed the business English multimedia teaching content into the MATLAB GUI graphical interface, which realizes the button rapid link and ensures the fluency and accuracy of the English translation graphics teaching platform. Finally we test the performance of business English translation teaching platform based on multimedia graphical teaching. From the overall evaluation of students' achievement, multimedia teaching platform has a good teaching effect. It provides the theoretical reference for the study on business English translation talents cultivation.

Abstract: With the development of society, urban traffic problem attracts more and more attention from people. In view of the current traffic worsening, it hopes to effectively shunt the travelers by the urban traffic navigation system, to ease traffic pressure. This article first analyzes the genetic algorithm in detail, and describes its principle and implementation steps; then specifically analyzes the overall design and design principle of the urban traffic navigation system; and at last gives part of the core code of the system.
