Abstract: The robot's motion control system is the core technology of intelligent robot. In this paper based on immune genetic algorithm, we improve the intelligent robot control system, and design the intelligent robot action output system with adjustable ratio combined with the PID algorithm. The system has the adaptive adjustment function, by adjusting the proportional coefficient P, which can reduce the output error of the system, improve the adaptability of the system and accelerate the speed of motion control. Finally, we use Siemens S7-200 series products to simulate the action output, and obtain the output time and residual of action under different proportional coefficient P by simulation. It provides the technical reference for the research on control algorithm of intelligent robot.

Body Freedom Flutter Study and Passive Flutter Suppression for a High Aspect Ratio Flying Wing Model
Abstract: Normal mode and flutter analysis are conducted for a high aspect ratio aft swept flying wing model, and body freedom flutter is found to be the most critical aeroelastic instability for this air vehicle model. To determine the influence of various kinds of design parameters on BFF characteristics, eight factors are considered in the parametric study, i.e. wing vertical bending stiffness, weight and center of gravity of the wing root payload and the wing tip mass balance, wing half span, aft swept angle and the station of wing body blended line. After the parametric analysis, the mass and center of gravity of the wing root payload are selected as design variables, and the baseline model is utilized in the design optimization study subject to critical flutter speed constraint. Finally, the optimal mass balance design is suggested to suppress the body freedom flutter phenomenon passively and maximize the payload.

Abstract: In view of the strong arc weld of images, using combined MCD correlation matching method with genetic algorithm of traversing search the real-time image and target the best match position between the template image, build tracking motion model, accurately track the weld seam. Experiments show that the method in background、interference problem and tracking stability has achieved expected effect.

Abstract: The mechanical model is designed through point-by-point method, selection of existing equipment, parts and materials, in accordance with the production line to expand a new elevator manufacturing requirements of the design and the manufacturing cost is saved, completed the system reform. This method after trial production one year practice indicates that the design is reasonable, correct method.

Abstract: To further study the stability of vehicle dynamics, a vehicle handling stability’s nonlinear model (including longitudinal, lateral and yaw movement three degrees of freedom) was established. Genetic algorithm was proposed for the vehicle dynamics system’s equilibrium points with 3-DOF. This algorithm solves the problem that cannot be solved through the traditional analytic algorithms and numerical methods. Comparing with the existing research results, the feasibility of solving the equilibrium point by the genetic algorithm is verified. It provides the theoretical foundation for dynamic modification and optimization design of powertrain.

Abstract: For the purpose of researching the freezing-thawing cycle pHysical mechanics properties of sandstone in various chemical solutions, taking the red sandstones from Shandong as the example, freezing-thawing cycles experiments under the condition of H2SO4 solution (pH≈1.5), NaOH solution (pH≈12.5), NaCl solution (pH≈7, mass fraction is 4%) and water were conducted. The nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technique was used to test the porosity of rock samples after freezing-thawing cycles. Brazilian splitting test was also conducted to test the samples with different times of freezing-thawing cycles and soaking solutions. Results show that the quality change of samples in various solutions is different. The mass of sample in water increased, however, the mass change of the sample in other three solutions showed a firstly increasing and then decreasing tendency. The porosity distribution in rock changed obviously after different time’s freezing-thawing cycles. After 30 times freezing-thawing cycles, the porosity in H2SO4 solution, NaOH solution, NaCl solution and water has increased by 151.1%, 85.443%, 39.388%, and 17.976% respectively. With the increase of freezing-thawing cycle’s times, tensile strength of the rock reduced, but the damage properties were different in various solutions. The research can provide some mechanical parameters basis to physical mechanics properties of sandstones.

Abstract: This paper introduces the great Ninghe bridge main arch of non support cable hoisting process. And it is the main arch cantilever stage calm and stability of wind condition analysis theory, method and conclusion. Analysis shows the main arch construction stability,which not only considers the tower, stability of the main arch, but also considers the safety factor of cable, cable, and safety and stability of cantilever erection by cable breaking force control.

Abstract: Deep coal seam mining floor strata water bursting is a complicate nonlinear system, whose factors are coupling and influencing themselves. It built the analytic structure model for deep coal seam mining floor strata water bursting, the judgment matrix was found by the expert scoring method, the contribution weights of the influenced factors were given out by the equation analytic process. The thirteen controlling factors and five main controlling factors were put award by analyzing weights, so the result was basically conform to the field practice. The expert scoring method and analytic process can convert the objective fact to the subjective cognition, so it is a method that can turn the qualitative into the quantitative. This can be relative objectively and precisely to study the question of many factors and grey box.

Abstract: From the context of this area, combined with the well, core and logging data, the characteristics of heterogeneity of this region can be studied. Through calculating the parameters like porosity, permeability, saturation, permeability coefficient of variation, sudden coefficient and differential, the heterogeneity in the layer and the plane has been studied. The sand groups in the Chang 6 reservoir mainly are delta front sand underwater distributary channel sand body, the heterogeneity in the layer is weak; In the plane, the heterogeneity of distributary channel sand body is weak, while the one in estuary dam, front sheet sands and underwater natural levee is strong. Through comprehensive analysis, Chang 6 reservoir in Hulangmao region is strong heterogeneity reservoir. After comparing permeability coefficient of variation, sudden coefficient and differential of 3 layer and 5 layer in Chang 6,it can conclude that the development effect of 5 layer is better than 3 layer in the process of water-flooding development. This research can be some guidance to some area in the mainland.
