Abstract: according to the real motion blur image restoration problems, analyze the difference between the image features and Simulation of real blurred images, this paper proposes a method that applied to real image degradation parameter estimation. First calculate the degraded image using cepstrum, taking the cepstrum to binary image using absolute value of minimum gray as the threshold, and then remove the center cross bright line; and then use formula of point to line to calculate the distance of bright fringe direction of binary image, that is direction of motion blur; the direction of motion blur is rotated to the horizontal direction by the degraded image center of rotation axis, divided the autocorrelation method to calculate fuzzy scale. To estimate the point spread function is take into the Wiener filtering algorithm to recover images, image restoration effect prove that parameter estimation results are correct.

Abstract: The scene is considered as the management foothold of production, technology, quality, equipments, safety, and environment for workshop. Optimizing the scene management is not only a necessity for enhancing diathesis and strengthening development ability, but also a consciousness of strengthening the management involvement of employees. Therefore, scientific optimization of scene management is an inevitable requirement for promoting the overall management level.

Abstract: In this paper, we use a compensation method of the measured short interval to improve the measurement accuracy by two groups of multiplex. By using two groups of multi-channel monostable pulse signal as a compensation signal, we respectively compensate time difference between the starting/ending measured short time interval and the reference signal. Pulse width of each compensation signal is uniform increasing and incremental sum is a reference signal cycle. We select the average value of two compensation signals pulse width as the beginning and the end of the time difference when the reference signal value jumps after compensation. Then according to the number of reference signal and two compensation time difference we can obtain measured short time interval. Error analysis and evaluation of uncertainty measurement show that the precision of this method is decided by pulse width increment of adjacent compensation signals. The experimental data shows that the method effectively reduces the measurement error of one reference signal cycle in the measurement of time interval.

Abstract: A frequency measurement method based on signal delay detection is presented. The method adopts multi-path same delay line to generate multi-path delayed signal whose period is almost the same with that of the reference signal, the average delay time of two adjacent signals that are detected is selected as the interval between the reference signal's rising edge and gate's opening and closing time to calculate the frequency of the measured signal. Error analysis and measurement uncertainty evaluation show that the precision of measurement of the method is determined by the delay time. Experimental data verify that the method could ensure testing speed while effectively reduce the error of ± 1 count.

Abstract: Aiming at the limitation of traditional PID algorithm in the field of control, the fuzzy control theory and traditional PID control algorithm are combined to realize parameter self-tuning function, a fuzzy self-tuning PID controller, and this algorithm is analyzed in-depth study. It provides a new solution of modern industrial control problem that combining with fuzzy control technology and PID control technology. The FPGA has high integration, short development cycle, the characteristics of strong reusability; fuzzy PID controller has a good practical value and optimistic application prospect based on FPGA.

Abstract: This paper presents a high accuracy ultrasonic ranging scheme based on MCU and puts forward a new method of multi sensor data fusion based on close degree and weight, finally get the expression of data fusion, so as to realize the multi sensors data fusion. The measuring range of this system is 3cm, range is 500cm, and the accuracy of measurement can reach 1mm. The work is stable in the measurement range 3cm-500cm that can meet the general requirements for measurement. The example analysis shows that the proposed method is more accurate than the traditional method, more suitable for the application and embedded system.

Abstract: This paper describes the design of an embedded intelligent analyzer for vehicle fault detection based on ARM. Using high performance embedded ARM as the core, taking Linux as the operating system, and with the embedded vehicle fault diagnosis expert system, this analyzer has various bus interfaces. It can be used conveniently for detecting vehicle faults immediately.

Abstract: An intelligent temperature and humidity measurement and control system applied to electrical equipments is designed in this paper. Design of this system covers signal processing, temperature and humidity acquisition, display and keying circuit, alarm circuit, and output control; these five sub-modules have realized its control function together. Hardware circuit design and system software application of various modules are illustrated in detail. According to practical test, software and hardware of this controller system match each other reasonably and the measurement accuracy is high. Besides, its design, development and maintenance are quite convenient, and the human-computer interface can be operated easily.
