Abstract: With the enhancement of society's concern for public safety, human locate system based on pyroelectric detectors is becoming a research focus. We design a low cost human body tracking system based on pyroelectric detectors scattered in the room. According to a huge number of experiment data, we design a high sensitive pyroelectric infrared node with a very high positioning accuracy. We also build an experiment system to collect muti-node experimental data to achieve the purpose of real time positioning with the positioning accuracy of 0.4 meters, which achieves the purpose of indoor positioning.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduce an effective iterative method to solve the thermal linear system in HotSpot thermal floorplan, the iterative Conjugate Gradient Method is suitable to solve the traditional sparse matrix linear equations. We define a class of dummy sparse linear systems in iterative thermal floorplan algorithm, the iterative methods for linear system can be extended to apply to other iterative framework algorithm. We apply the conjugate gradient method to solve the thermal model in floorplan of VLSI physical design. The experiments' result shows that thermal floorplan using Conjugate gradient method is effective. The running time of our incremental conjugate gradient thermal solver with Jocabi Precondition is approximate 0.59 comparing with LU decomposition method.

Abstract: Frequency is an important index of power quality, primary frequency regulation is of great significance for maintaining the grid frequency. In recent years, with the expansion of the power grid capacity and the continuous increase of the generator capacity, the large capacity units play a role is becoming more and more important in the primary frequency regulation of power grid. This paper takes ultra supercritical coal-fired units (1000MW) of a power plant of Hubei for example, primary frequency regulation control method, requency offset load curve and so on were studied through relevant test.

Abstract: Through analysis of various concept methods, developing route selection device based on double tree complex wavelet and transient energy, use the method based on transient component can improve line selection accuracy effectively. sensitivity and directional selectivity can improved by using dual tree complex wavelet transform than using discrete wavelet translation, the method can’t infect by the line of power system and the condition of the fault line. The simulation results show that by using the dual tree complex wavelet analysis in suitable scale can select the fault line correctly.

Abstract: This paper analyses the present situation of residential energy management system, designed a kind of intelligent electric energy management system based on CAN bus. The system uses the underlying field level, management level and upper management. The field realize the real-time network measurement with a special electric energy metering chip AD7755 and a AD/ conversion function microprocessor STM32 as the core; through the CAN bus timing or random copy electric energy data, its purpose is to use modern network communication technology, and establish a residential comprehensive management center and security system, information service system and Home Furnishing intelligent integrated system.

Abstract: Street lamp has become the essential functional unit in society for its widely use , Street lamp power energy saving has become a very worth studying problem high demand. Aiming at such a demand, this paper proposed a kind of optimizational energy saving streetlight that based on the voltage and reactive power, this article put forward such a research mainly aims at the demand of Jinan street lamp management. The research improved the grid power factor, reduced the network pressure drop and reduces the energy consumption of street lamp. It upload the master station through GPRS network real-timely, And accept command such as mode conversion, parameter setting, time checking and capacitor switching. It implements the voltage optimization function, remote monitoring and control functions on the basis of ensuring road illumination and uniformity, Which realized street light energy-saving and reduced the loss of lines and transformers at the same time. And it protect lighting lamps effectively. Examples show that the study further improved the management level of Jinan street lamp, it realized the double harvest of electricity environment optimization and electrical energy saving, Which made a great contribution to energy-saving society construction.

Abstract: The paper design a high performance 20KW grid inverter based on STM processor, and describes the overall structure of the inverter, and design the hardware circuit and the software design scheme; finally produce the prototype and test. The experimental results show that: in the condition of rated power inverter can stabilize output valid values of 220V 3%, frequency is sine wave AC 50HZ, output voltage has small harmonic content and high reliability, and has a good application prospect in the field of photovoltaic power generation.
