Abstract: This paper first analyses the advantage of coastal reclamation and its impact on the environment, finally proposed reclamation development mode of benign development which can provide the reasonable reference for the further research of reclamation. The article puts forward that exploitation should follow the principles of both protection and development. Through the full investigation of biological resources, wetland environmental carrying capacity of natural attributes, and huge demand and utilization situation of wetland and other social attributes of the reclamation, to analyze of wetland ecosystem service function, so as to accurately judge the reclamation suitability. Therefore, the reclamation is not only to meet the requirements of economic development, more attention should be paid to the protection of coastal wetland region.

Abstract: In recent years, with the continuous development of society, people's awareness of energy conservation has also been enhanced. Among them, building energy consumption occupies a very large proportion in all their energy consumption. Therefore, people have taken various measures to reduce the energy consumption of building its own. External wall thermal insulation is a new building energy saving technology. Through verification, application of external wall insulation technology in building energy saving greatly reduces the energy consumption of buildings. This paper mainly introduced on the city building external wall thermal insulation technology and some related measures.

Abstract: This article has conducted the research and analysis to the monitoring and management platform technology for existing building energy consumption equipment, and combined with the key technologies of the Internet of things technology-designed a set of intelligent system for building energy consumption monitoring and management based on wireless sensor network middle-ware. The system achieve the building energy consumption monitoring and rational utilization based on building energy service equipment (such as in lighting equipment, air conditioning equipment etc.) monitoring and management. Energy consumption of the equipment meet the scene of the user for the comfortable environment by change the state of environment , and the user can monitor the running status of all the equipment and environment variable information in the process, and to control energy consumption equipment.

Abstract: Guided by the high-resolution sequence stratigraphy theories, the authors divided the Upper Jurassic Penglaizhen Formation in the middle section of western Sichuan depression of china into 2 long-term sequences (L1-L2) and 4 medium-term sequences (M1-M4) through comprehensive study of outcrops, coring, logging and seismic data. Sequence-based lithofacies and paleogeographic maps of Upper Jurassic Penglaizhen Formation were compiled by medium-term sequences as mapping units. The results showed that the front edge of Longmenshan developed with large-scale alluvial fans, fan delta sediment was a fan-delta group overlapped by several fan deltas at front edge of Longmenshan in period M1-M4.The dominated type of sedimentary system in middle section of western Sichuan depression was fan delta - shallow lake sediment in period M1-M2, alluvial fan was only changed in size and location; sand bodies were mainly distributed in front edge of Longmenshan and the Zhongjiang-Deyang region; In period M3-M4, it is changed into a large area of fan delta plain sediment with thick sand and big scale, sand bodies were mainly distributed in the Pixian-Wenjiang-Dayi area.

Abstract: The hydrolysis of diquat in deionized water, river water, and ground water were studied by incubation at 25°C and hydrolysis of diquat at different temperature (10°C, 25°C, and 35°C) in pH9 were investigated in the paper. The degradation was followed by GC. The experimental results indicated that the kinetics process of diquat can be described by the first-order reaction law, the hydrolysis rates of diquat in deionized water, river water, and ground water were almost the same; the pH was a critical factor of the rate of the degradation of diquat in aqueous solutions, diquat was stable in acid water and neutral water, but its hydrolysis easily took place in basic water; the higher temperture was helpful for the hydrolysis process during the range from 283k to 308k in basic water, the activation energy of hydrolysis for diquat was 25.89kJ/mol, activation entropy was –191.81 J/mol.K, and the temperature coefficient was 1.52.

Abstract: This article first introduces the current situation of heavy metal pollution and heavy metal detection technology, and selected the voltammetry as the principle of detection system in electrochemical stripping. At the same time, introduces the related content of wireless sensor network. According to project requirements, design a set of heavy metal functional modularity, automation instrumentation, module power supply system which can meet the applicable to different working environment; for the need wireless sensor networks, proposes a design of wireless network node; finally, in the waterway system in laboratory environment test and heavy metal concentration detection test experiments show that the instrument, this system can meet the design requirements.

Abstract: [Objective] Soil moisture is the key factor of highway greening. To maintain the steady and sustainable development of highway greening, the problem of soil moisture should be primarily solved. [Method] In this paper, the dynamic variation law of highway slope’s soil moisture was studied by the continuous observation of the soil moisture (0~40cm) and rainfall in all points (sunny slope, shade slope, ground, and the central partition belt) of China’s Langfang—Zhuozhou Highway from April to November 2009. [Result] From April to May, the soil moisture content declined continuously. From May to August, the soil moisture content increased rapidly and also was kept at a higher level. From August to October, the soil moisture content declined gradually. From October to November, the soil moisture content increased steadily. The soil moisture in the surface (0~10cm) and the lower layer (10cm~20cm) fluctuated greatly, and the variation coefficient was 28.39% and 24.85% respectively; the change of the soil moisture content in the deep layer (20cm~40 cm) decreased significantly, and the variation coefficient was 19.41%. [Conclusion] The seasonal dynamic variation law of highway slope’s soil moisture is significant, and also keeps consistent with the dynamic rainfall, plant transpiration, and soil evaporation laws. The soil moisture conditions from May to August are the best. The spatial variation of the soil moisture can be divided into two layers: the rapid-variation layer (0~20 cm) and the active layer (20cm~40 cm). In each observation point, the soil moisture conditions are the best in the central partition belt, secondary in the sunny and shade slopes, and the worst in ground.

Abstract: Along with the rapid development of today's society, all sorts of wastes produced from human life and production are discharged into the natural environment, so that a certain impact has been exerted on air, soil, lakes, and oceans. The wastes discharged into the natural environment not only contain some toxic substances and various compounds difficult to degrade, but also are with the characteristics of strong acid, strong alkali, high temperature, and high salinity, so that the general microorganisms are hard to survive in this environment. However, there are some extreme microorganisms to gradually fit the environment in the process of evolution, and the microorganisms include alkalophilic bacteria, basophilic bacteria, halophilic bacteria, etc. Halophilic bacteria grow mainly in sea and salt lake, and also have unique physiological features, while the application of high-salinity microbes to the disposal of salt-contained wastewater is of a broad prospect and an important social value. In this paper, the isolation and identification of microorganism in a high-salinity environment and their application to the disposal of salt-contained wastewater are mainly analyzed.

Abstract: With the development of meteorology science, the sources of meteorological data materials are numerous, and the data scale is becoming larger and larger. How to rapidly analyze these data to obtain accurate weather forecast is a problem in meteorological science development. This paper, according to meteorological data features, selects reasonable development scheme, adopts database storage technology to conduct regulatory storage of data materials, uses JAVA to establish query platform and adopts the commonly used MICAPS and GrADS technology in meteorological service department in China for data material Web drawing, thus developing and completing a set of meteorological data sharing system suitable for meteorological service department. This system makes weather forecasters more intuitive to search for various types of historical data materials, which is also very necessary for the science research and business development of Guangxi Meteorological Department, thus enhancing and improving the public meteorological service ability in this region.
