Abstract: The paper takes the actual problems of target enterprises in PVC production as an example. The paper transforms residual-heat waste status in production and optimizes the key equipment, cooling water system of internal cooled of polymerization reactor, which not only reduces energy waster and reaction time of single reactor, but also improves production efficiency. So it saves energy for target enterprises and makes considerable economic benefit.

Abstract: According to the design requirements of indoor ventilation, use closed die forming process of low cost to product several types composite wind turbine blade, through actual operation experiments verify the effects of different design parameters on the fan running. The results showed that the leaf size, the molding process of precise, stable quality satisfies the equilibrium requirement.

Abstract: The gas accumulation is often mine hidden danger and has become a hotspot recently. in order to analysis the coal gas distribution law, the paper determines the heat transfer and temperature distribution using infrared thermograph and swirling jet device. Based on similarity theory, it can simulate the gas concentration distribution and gas migration. Based on an experiment result, the gas accumulation can be dissipated effectively and the distribution of gas concentration becomes uniform as the time, it can be provided as a reference of rotation fan design.

Abstract: In the concept of energy-saving, emission reduction and green environmental protection idea, electric cars emerge as the times require. Its appearance makes the driving system of vehicle change from the original fuel engine into electric energy, which can be regarded as the milepost of automobile manufacturing industry. The promotion and usage of electric vehicle not only greatly reduces fuel consumption, but also further reduces the pollution of the environment. In the electric vehicle research and development process, the motor control is a key technology; and the previous designs adopted the sensor technology. Although this method is simple and convenient, yet the sensor increases the cost, but also influences the reliability of the control system. Therefore, it is necessary to explore a motor sensorless control technology. Based on this point, this paper makes a research on electric vehicle motor control technology based on non-sensor.

Abstract: On the basis of Virtual Work, in this paper, the formulae are deduced for the floatation response of buried pipeline duo to the soil liquefaction. A beam model based on the theory of beam on elastic foundation is used for the pipeline buried in non-liquefied and liquefied area, considering the effects of nonlinear soil constraint and the initial deformation, the length of liquefied area, and the axial force acting on the pipeline. The study of floatation response of buried pipeline are conducted using the nonlinear increment element method, some results are given.

Abstract: There are many engineering characteristics for soft ground. It is an urgent problem for engineering construction to predict settlement according to the features of soft ground and existing settlement data. In this paper, we used the measured settlement data of soft ground, then come up with the prediction method of soft ground settlement based on the BP artificial neural network in the Matlab simulation environment. This method can modelling highly complex and nonlinear earth structures directly based on real samples. Practical test showed that this method has a high degree of accuracy, and it is very valuable to instruct construction and guarantee the stability of the ground.

Abstract: Fault tolerance system is applied in kinds of critical applications, with the triple modular redundant (TMR) being the most common. But how to synchronize those modular is a problem. This paper describes the design and implementaa hardware-assisted software synchronization scheme. This scheme involves a series of synchronization APIs, which are called by application programs, and synchronization virtual device, which maintains synchronization to the voter by changing synchronization message.Finally, we implement this scheme in ARM7-based Samsung S3C44B0X CPU under μCLinux.

Abstract: In order to diagnose diseases, the basic information of fuzzy mathematics is discussed; and the concept and description of fuzzy mathematics are analyzed in this article. Fuzzy mathematics is introduced in evaluating the ability of enterprise’s innovation, color identification of robots, coal mine safety assessment and other aspects of related example. An application of fuzzy mathematics in disease diagnosis is briefly described. We analyze the basic characteristics of the disease acute gastroenteritis, colds, rhinitis, pneumonia, etc., using the basic theories and methods of fuzzy mathematics to analyze to satisfactory results. The result shows that the method is feasible and effective.

Abstract: In the 1960 of the 20th century, a new mathematical discipline-fuzzy mathematics appeared, and it grows strong unceasingly in the world. The one hand, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory has been widely used in ecology, agriculture, water pollution, air quality, geological exploration, petroleum production and all kinds of areas, on the other hand, it is unprecedented that fuzzy mathematics was applied to individual competency assessment .In order to solve the deficiencies of comprehensive evaluation model for personal, this paper establish the program design of personal ability’s comprehensive evaluation mathematical model , based on the existing literature research.

Abstract: In civil engineering field, huge amount of structural health monitoring work is required throughout the service life of the structures. In pursuing an autonomous, real-time and online non-destructive evaluation (NDE) method, piezo-impedance transducer (PZT) has attracted more and more attention from researchers in recent years. Although up to now, the real application of Electro-Mechanical Impedance (EMI) method with PZT on structure health monitoring is not utilized, experiments results shows its impressive potential.
