Abstract:

In the open international competitive environment, information technology has become the most critical competitive advantage in gaining access to one of the means. For the small and medium-sized enterprise, the information can improve the management capacity of enterprises, extended enterprises market; enhance the market's rapid response capability and adaptability. This article in analyzes in the small and medium-sized enterprise informationization advancement in the objective demand foundation, studied the small and medium-sized enterprise informationization to construct and to manage the pattern which and the strategy choice question in the process met; to affected the small and medium-sized enterprise informationization using the SWOT law the correlation factor to carry on the comprehensive thorough essence to analyze.
