Information Technology Application in Small and Medium-Sized Professional Library Business Management - With the National Institute of Metrology Library as an Example

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the problem during the application of outsourcing’s library automation system in small or medium professional library, example for national institute of metrology library; constantly improves the process of self-building business management platform for decades and introduces difficulties in the application of information technology to business management in small or medium professional library. The key to solve the problem is put forward.
