The Correction of Steering Gear Monitoring and Control Parameters Based on the Method of Least Squares

Article Preview

Abstract:

In the potentiometer as the Angle sensor monitoring and control system, the relationship between voltage sampling value of potentiometer and the angle actual value is linear, but there are more interference in the measurement and control environment, contributing to the relationship of the actual value and the sampled value deviating from the set of linear relationship. In order to improve the performance of the controller, the controller operating parameters need to fix, this paper uses the method of least squares treatment sampling data to correction controller parameters. Experiments show that the curve fitting accuracy improve greatly after data processing.
