Optimization of Stretch Forming Process and Springback for Aircraft Panel

Abstract:

The target of this paper is to simulate the stretching process of sheet aluminum profile using ABAQUS/CAE software. Stretching investigations were conducted using the finite element method. The main contents of research work include simulation software, which give in details the stretching steps followed to obtain an optimization springback .This paper focus on the influence of stretching force and angles on springback of aircraft panel.
