Abstract: This paper presents the design and implementation of an Openflow-based Network Management System. The system consists of GUI, Floodlight Controller and Agent (s), and it enables monitoring, control and management of ROADMs. WSS and OPM are two main modules of a ROADM system. They are connected with an Agent through Protocol of Serial Port, while GUI communicates with Floodlight Controller by Socket Protocol.

Abstract: With the rapid development of network technology, network scale, the increasing complexity, traditional centralized network data collecting the methods already cannot adapt to this situation, a web-based distributed computing structure because of its many advantages are widely used. This paper proposes a construct Web application framework of distributed application system, combination of Web technology and the SNMP network management technology. Thereby, it can maintain the increasingly huge network system, ensure that all the good operation of the network resources, the management of the convenient and easy to use network resources.

Abstract: More software application are intend to be developed by the automated code synthesis or the component integration. We proposed a SVM QoS estimation model for the component-based software system (SVMQEM). Our estimation model learns various system QoS properties and outputs a comprehensive QoS by SVM, which is different from the approaches available in the literature. The experiments shows that the SVMQEM has an acceptable QoS estimation accuracy for the component-based software system.

Abstract: In this paper, an Android application of evaluation constitution in traditional Chinese medicine is introduced for constitution evaluation and health preserving. According to requirements, the application consists of six modules including constitution type, evaluation, records, proposals, health preserving book and health preserving proposals. With the application based on Android, constitution evaluation becomes more conveniently. Moreover, health preserving proposals provide an effective method to maintain a healthy body for users with abnormal constitution.

Abstract: Now the popular Struts+Spring+Hibernate framework provides a weak coupling, easily containable, lightweight J2EE software development model which helps to build high-quality Web applications. Through researching of SSH framework and ExtJS framework based on AJAX technology, an integration framework is designed, which is based on ExtJS+SSH ,and can be used to build a flexible, easily extended and maintainable multi-tier Web application platforms. In this paper, a teaching resource management network platform is introduced, which is based on the integration framework. Experimental results show that business operations, the database, and display will be divided completely by using this integration framework based on ExtJS and SSH, in order to achieve a system of weak coupling and high level of maintenance.

Abstract: In this paper, based on the Android operating system, an electronic dictionary system on mobile devices is designed. Local word searching is achieved by SQLite database storing and managing data, local word library being built on the res\raw directory in the Android project, and then the Input Stream data being written to corresponding files in other directories; By using the interface of Unabridged Dictionary, calling utf8 encoding scheme to implement the web-based word search.

Abstract: Under the background of multi-screen fusion, Omni Media has become an important trend with the development of information services. This paper focuses on the design and implementation of Open Platform for the Multi-screen Applications. By building the open platform based on the UICreator, we support for third-party developers to access and provide the SDK development. Using the interfaces we provided, they can develop business presentation quickly for the new equipment and the platform, including Smart Phone, Pad, Broadband Interactive TV, IPTV and OTT TV. The API documentation of Open Platform will be synchronized regularly and automatically, and it is convenient to maintain.

Abstract: Processing and loading large RDF/OWL data files often involves the transfer of large amounts of data from source operational systems to the target data store. It requires a proper loading techniques and more expressive methods to ensure the RDF/OWL data files are correctly loaded into the database, or the loading process will end up finishing all memory space which resulted in performance deterioration in the entire application. The Bulk loading is one of the predominant scientific techniques and with fastest loading method to load large amounts of data into the database; however, this study has found out that the bulk loading alone, cannot handle triples files containing object values with more than 4000 bytes. To solve these tidy problems, we propose to implement bulk loading techniques concurrently with parallelization methods to load RDF/OWL data file into the database. To accomplish this goal, the Oracle NOSQL database is chosen as the backend persistent storage for the RDF/OWL data files. In addition, loading model and techniques are provided to utilize the loading process, and finally algorithms, methods and parallelization techniques are given with the aim of increasing loading performance of RDF/OWL within the Oracle NOSQL database.

Abstract: These will be the future direction that set up the cloud service platform of teaching system, provide the equilibrium of high-quality educational resources and benefit people in the near future. But the scalability of the current description model for educational resources is insufficient, which is difficult to meet the requirement of semantic description in the cloud services of educational resources. Furthermore, it is more difficult to achieve the automatic management and search of the cloud services, and seriously impact the sharing and interoperability of the cloud services among different systems. To solve these issues, the paper emphases on the educational resources within the smart cloud architecture for regional service as the main object of study. Meanwhile, the basic concepts, logic relation and formal expression of various kinds of educational resources is analyzed, ontology modeling and semantic expression is adopted, and the massive semantic information is efficiently reasoned by the high-performance parallel computing, all of which is the purpose to discover knowledge and obtain the required education resources accurately and efficiently.

Abstract: For software function verification and performance testing, a test platform was built during the development of large-capacity EPON OLT equipment. The platform was based on distributed system,which using modified TCP/UDP to establish RPC data exchange path between nodes. With Linux as unified operating system, software work in both embedded PowerPC and x86-based PC virtual machines without modification. At last, a group of stress test was executed on the platform and the result was discussed.
