Abstract: Research the responsive visualization technology of big data based on HTML5. Big data has 4 special points: volume, velocity, variety and value. Our purpose is to mine the value of big data with the visualization technology. There are many platforms such as desktop and mobile platform, and each kind of device may have different resolution, based on HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript technology, research the responsive visualization technology to fit all platforms, then we can mine meaningful data of the mass data, guide the development of related forecasting and strategy.

Abstract: This paper focuses on the study of ALOHA software (Version 5.4.4), and expects to do some help for the rapid and accurate predetermination of involved areas and the efficient organization and direction of evacuation in different areas by the decision-maker who is in charge of the emergency rescue during accidents caused by hazardous chemicals. It may also have the practical application value by offering technical support for the on-spot commander for the purpose of taking effective measures for the emergency response.

Abstract: Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), rising in higher education recent years, is a new type of course mode, teaching mode and/or learning pattern with such outstanding features as open learning resources in free, humanistic teaching concept, remote, synchronous and interactive online learning experience, learners with huge scale, diversification of identity and levels of knowledge and independent learning. Compared with traditional education and classroom teaching, MOOCs have become a breakthrough innovation, and attracted more and more widespread concerns from society. Consequently, a distributed operation architecture of MOOCs is proposed in this paper for MOOCs sponsors and/or teachers capable of providing learners with networked open experimental platform through unattended open laboratory (UOL), so that learners are more easily enabled to span space-time boundary to carry out open experiments for deepening their understanding and mastering of theoretical knowledge, enhancing the ability of solving practical problems.

Abstract: With the rapid development of mobile Internet, mobile payment with its powerful convenience and operability is widely attention. This paper first discuss about several typical mobile payment pattern. Then proposes a mobile payment system based on hierarchical structure. In addition, in order to adapt to the rapid growth of mobile users and more diversified mobile payment business, we improved this payment system based on the Open API architecture. So that the mobile payment system can be more convenient for secondary development, thus, has better expansibility and portability.

Abstract: Previous researches have indicated that the number of online shoppers in China has been experiencing a slow-down while the enthusiasm of e-commerce enterprises remains the same as before and online market competition has been fiercer. Therefore, to attract online shoppers and propel them to complete the transaction have become the key to success for e-commerce enterprises. Based on related literature research, this study explores deep into the relation between website traits and shoppers’ cognitive trust, enjoyment as well as their purchase willingness. Innovation Diffusion Theory, “S-O-R” Model and Structural Equation Model are also applied in this research. It is shown that website traits such as compatibility, complexity, observability and trialability, exert a positive effect on shoppers’ enjoyment and cognitive trust. What’s more, the influence enjoyment exerts on shoppers’ cognitive trust and purchase willingness as well as the effect cognitive trust has on purchase willingness turns out to be positive.

Abstract: Nowadays, health care management is driven by informationization and information technologies are widely used in various types of hospitals. Doctors and nurses are the direct users of information technologies for health care management (ITHCM), as well as the most critical prerequisites in ITHCM implementation. Their acceptance and use of ITHCM can significantly promote hospital performance and enhance core competitiveness. However, different people have different attitude, values and motivation on ITHCM. These factors not only affect employee’s behavior in ITHCM adoption, but also their continued use behavior of ITHCM. Based on the Big Five personality as well as real-world healthcare situation in China, we investigated the impacting factors of ITHCM continuing use, and built ITHCM Continuing Use Model based on personality. We conducted an empirical study to verify the related hypothesis. The results show that Big Five personality affect the willingness of ITHCM continuing use through perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness.

Abstract: In order to providing the recent news, papers and patents for the enterprise and technical personnel who need this scientific intelligence, a software that offer information push service has been designed. The subscription number of WeChat platform is used to response users’ requests. The public API of platform is used to get users’ requests and push the customized messages to subscribers. The content of requests and responses are stored in MySQL database with the keywords that has been customized by subscribers. The proposed system is aim to offer a push service for enterprise and technical personnel, satisfies the requirements of pushing the customized scientific intelligence timely.

Abstract: As customer satisfaction and loyalty are often low in online group-buy, the conceptual model is constructed to explore the factors influencing online group-buy consumers’ loyalty based on theories of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), including the perceived risk, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. And 13 hypotheses are made according to the conceptual model. The research results can be the reference for the improvement of customer loyalty for online group-buy. In the future research, the empirical study will be used to verify the proposed hypothesis and reveal the impact of each variable in the conceptual model.
