Abstract: As Web 2.0 services emphasize the integration of distributed information and applications on a network, we gleaned from science citation index expanded (SCI-EXPANED) and Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) database on web of science, concerning advances in collaboration research in Web 2.0. The result indicates that the number of publication literatures on this topic mainly distributes in recent 7 years, and citations reach climax of 22 in 2013. The main research territory is USA, accounting for 40%. And from the analysis of research area, Engineering accounts for 40%. Overall, the related research topics can be classified in four areas: annotation system for knowledge sharing, determinants of knowledge sharing using Web 2.0, adoption of Web 2.0 for knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing successes in Web 2.0.

Abstract: Agglomeration effect of e-commerce platform based on industry clusters is demonstrated from locus of social networks with Ucinet 6.0. An industry zone of electrical manufacturing districts in China is investigated to describe the evolution of structure based on e-commerce platform from emergence to aggregation. The result shows that based on e-commerce platform, small world features of industry clusters are obvious with shorter distance and higher clustering coefficient, and resources flow and configuration is faster than before. E-commerce platform can diversify the nature of clustering with high heterogeneity and betweenness. However, the sharply increased network centralization would indicate control advantages for third-party of e-commerce firms, even monopoly.

Abstract: In order to suite customized demand of enterprises on scientific and technological information, a Web-based Front Platform Management System of Scientific and Technological Information is designed and realized. Customizable front platform page adopts HTML5+CSS3+jQuery to realize dynamic customization of display mode and contents, meeting the diversified demand of different users. Upon design and improvement, the system interface basically realizes customized operation on scientific and technological information, providing a front platform interface of good user-experience for the customized platform of scientific and technological information for enterprises.

Abstract: Nowadays, the provision of IT service is becoming the main business of IT enterprise operation, especially in E-commerce; however, the study on its quantitative modelling method is still in its infancy. This paper studies key subprocesses affecting IT service provision from the aspect of incident process, and provides a quantitative solution for enterprises to modular IT service by designing key subprocesses, establishing measurement metrics and process performance models across full lifecycle. In the end, the numerical analysis and measured data proves that the model has a relatively high goodness-of-fit.

Abstract: At present, most of the researches on impact of e-commerce in china on the supply and demand for commercial real estate are qualitative researches, thus this paper aims to verify the impact of the development of Chinese e-commerce on the supply and demand for commercial real estate through grey relational analysis. In addition, this paper conducted predictive analysis on the supply and demand for commercial real estate in the certain future period by the prediction model GM (1,1), to much more accurately understand the supply and demand for commercial real estate market, produce reasonable expectation about the future demand for commercial real estate market, ensure a balanced development in supply and demand for commercial real estate, as well as achieve healthy and stable operation of the real estate industry and the urban economy.

Abstract: Mobile commerce fraud to the rapid development of e-commerce has brought new challenges, network operators knowledge sharing environment to be studied under the law. Research and analysis network operators group dynamic evolution of knowledge sharing strategy for fraudulent evasion of the conclusion shows that network operators group for fraudulent evasion of knowledge sharing strategy forms of instability, there is a virtual community of network operators and the initial high initial knowledge sharing knowledge sharing and low multiple modes coexistence, and finally from the perspective of network operators for evolutionary chain of fraudulent evasion put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
