Abstract: Energy-saving management is playing increasingly important parts in the energy conservation of thermal power generation. The economic performance indexes were decomposed and clarified to set a delicacy energy-saving management system. With the great volume of operation data, an fuzzy rough set (FRS) –based big data analytics were introduced to build the intelligent energy-saving decision-making model. Based on such energy-saving management system, the operation optimization practice was performed on a 600MW thermal power unit to determine the optimum working state under specific operation conditions. The result shows that the proposed energy-saving management can makes great guidelines for the operation optimization and energy-saving diagnosis of thermal power units.

Abstract: This paper explores the concept of sustainability in engineering systems and proposes a smart conceptual framework for engineering organization development. Sustainability is a critically complex goal for enterprise activity and development. Sustainability in the engineering area requires a comprehensive and continue approach because, a) engineering activities are ubiquitous in society, b) of the high importance of engineering applications in the development of the companies and of the world, and c) technological support becomes imminent in a dynamic economic environment and sustained in large part by technological advances. This paper aims to provide to the engineering environment a smart conceptual framework that establishes links between engineering processes and the concept of sustainable development. The smart conceptual framework combines basic principles of sustainability with the requirements of engineering systems.

Abstract: The lack of the internal control conditions cause the bank accounting’s internal control risk. The cost of the internal control is large. The internal control mode is imperfect and the execution is not in place. The internal control supervision system, supervision and restraint are lack. How to perfect the internal control system and resolve the bank accounting internal control risk effectively Based on the analysis of the causes of the risk, we think that establish risk management responsibility system and strengthen the assessment of employees are the targeted suggestions.

Abstract: The Skilled Workforce Project Scheduling Problem (SWPSP) is a complex problem of task scheduling and resource assignment that comes up in the daily management of many company Service Centers. In this paper we present a constraint programming (CP) approach for the SWPSP. We extend the project scheduling literature by developing a project scheduling model that accounts for differing skills among workers. The computational results for the SWPSP show that the constraint programming approach increases the performance of the model solving processes. The results for the SWPSP is effective in solving the proposed problem.

Abstract: Public cloud has far-reaching influence on informatization development of vocational colleges. This paper is positioned on vocational colleges lacking fund guarantee, discusses the new shortcut of constructing IT hardware facilities by accessing public cloud IaaS, analyzes the main problems, solutions and implementation process to provide new thinking for accelerating informatization of vocational colleges.

Abstract: This article introduces content and utilization status of railway data management. In view of the characteristics of diversity, dispersion and mass memory, this paper puts forward an integration analysis method from three dimensions-time dimension, space dimension and category. This paper proposes a framework of data management of high-speed railway equipment, where cloud computing provides a feasible technical solution combined with MapReduce programming model based on Hadoop platform. These models are capable of considering the characteristics of data and processing demand in management of High-speed railway equipment. Finally, we summarize the challenges and opportunities with Big Data for application of China railway and point out there is more than enough that we can work on.

Abstract: The quality of application maintenance is directly related to operating results, as well as the life cycle of applications. In today’s digital business environment, application failure or unexpected downtime can have a devastating impact on any organization. In order to ensure the stable and efficient operation of applications, we have studied the general framework of proactive application maintenance, researched and practiced efficient operation technology, established comprehensive operation support processes, formed a high level operation and maintenance team, and achieved good results at Tsinghua University.

Abstract: In contrast to China’s rapid urbanization, the development of urban planning technologies remained relatively lagged behind. By taking quantitative analysis urban planning as a starting point, the research discusses the scope and content of planning at various levels as well as the possibility of data acquisition so as to choose the applicable planning analysis models. Agent-based modeling (ABM) has become an important subject recently in urban planning due to its top-down approach. This study discusses the building of a analysis Agent-based model for urban planning and design in a bid to provide direct and visual method for planning practices. We built a planning model with the software Repast S which was proved being useful in escaping green space planning. From running this Agent model the dynamic visualization of disaster evacuation process could be simulated.

Abstract: Use of the advantages of different mathematical model, and the integrated use of, has become a development trend to construct the new evaluation model. This paper puts forward a kind of multi-level comprehensive evaluation model based on the combination of principal component analysis, independent factor analysis and different distance clustering analysis. To construct a three levels analytic hierarchy comprehensive evaluation index system, and using patent information in an area 20 colleges and universities as an application case, to verified the feasibility of this new type of comprehensive evaluation model and practical. The evaluation parameters of the model are clear, easy application, evaluation results tally with the actual situation of degree is high. It is an effective platform that the various science and technology innovation ability evaluation provides. It is a basis for promote science and technology innovation ability.

Abstract: This paper explores the valuation of European options when the underlying asset follows the double exponential jump process with stochastic rate, stochastic volatility and stochastic intensity. This model better describes market characteristics, such as the volatility smile, and jump behavior. By using FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) approach, a closed form representation of the characteristic function of the process is derived for the valuation of European options. Numerical results show that the FFT method is effective and competent.
