Abstract: In order to compute the network scale of urban rail transit, the paper proposed a mutualist model describing the network scale, through investigating the main influencing factor of network scale-the population and the relationship between population and network. The equilibrium point of different equations was given practical meaning.calibrating the key physical quantities, the nonlinear differential equations have been solved by using Runge–Kutta. Applying the model to predict the population and network scale in main city in Hefei in 2020 and long future, compared with the traditional travel demand model and network service coverage model. The result are basically accordant, so the new model is feasible.The theory model provides a new means of quantitative analysis method for urban rail transit network planning, So it has important theoretical and practical significance.

Abstract: Technology alliance and open innovation play a pivotal role in the process of corporate R&D. Researching open innovation always considers technology alliance as an organizational model to implement open innovation, but they rarely analyze open innovation from the perspective of technology alliance. Based on this, this paper investigates the synergies effect of technology alliance on open innovation from three perspectives of Knowledge-Based Theory, Organizational Learning and Resource-Based View, and finally finds the close relationship and interaction between them, which not only enriches the existing study of open innovation and technology alliance but also provides some guidance on conducting technology alliance, and accelerates the process open innovation based on technology alliance and improves the efficiency of open innovation.

Abstract: The distribution production management system under “centralized maintenance” mode in State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) is studied in this paper. The production management organization and managerial responsibilities under “centralized maintenance” system were firstly introduced. Further, two core production businesses, rush repair and condition-based maintenance (CBM), were analyzed at length, respectively. And the economic and social benefits brought by distribution production management system in “centralized maintenance” mode were illustrated by combining with relevant examples.

Abstract: An index system for evaluating the demand side management (DSM) on railway temporary power system is established in this thesis, and the part weight and the whole weight of the index system are calculated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The basic theory of fuzzy evaluation is introduced, and the feasibility of applying it to DSM on railway temporary power system is analyzed. Through the establishment of index system, evaluation and comparison to DSM projects can be carried out horizontal and vertical. Then identify gaps and weaknesses, analyze the causes, guide the consciousness of energy conservation and environmental protection, supervised of electricity in an orderly manner, establish DSM long-term management mechanism.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a framework of smart education, which includes three layers: the perception layer, the cloud service layer and the application layer. This framework is quite flexible and extensible for constructing smart education. The related work, the definition, the keys to promote the performance of smart education and the vision towards future smart education are also discussed.

Abstract: The network plays more and more important role in contemporary university students’ study and life. By the virtue of large capacity of information, wide coverage, high transmission speed, non-restriction of time and space, the internet has become an important tool of students’ autonomous learning. What’s more, because the university learning is relatively relaxed, students have more free time to arrange. Therefore, training students’ independent learning ability becomes more and more important. In this paper, through the analysis of problems exposed in autonomous learning under network environment,find that teachers should give full play to the guiding role under the network environment, and according to these problems, put forward four strategies to guide the implementation of autonomous learning.

Abstract: As the highest level of higher education, postgraduate education is an important channel to train high-level innovative talents. Abstract: So far, the research on instructional design theory has been influenced by behaviorism, cognitivism and constructivism, forming a variety of researchs on positioning and orientation. In the aspect of teaching, theory of instructional design has not played the proper role. This paper analyzes the application status of theoretical ability of instructional design and instructional design of primary and secondary school teachers, and put forward some countermeasures for solving the current problems.

Abstract: Medical institutions are in urgent demand of the senior management professionals in China. This paper analyzes the MHA training model at the initial stage in China, and compares to the success experience of MHA education in University of Missouri, proposes building a MHA education model in China from the four aspects, limited top-level design, teaching content design, operating mechanism, and teaching quality monitoring and security system, and research some key problems.
