Abstract: A method for structure parameters of doublet objective lens with non-destructive measurement is proposed based on the ZEMAX software. The focal length, back focal length, central thickness and the radius of curvature of the first surface and last surface are measured by a spherical interferometer and other instruments. Using the inversion of the evaluation function and optimizing of the ZEMAX, the series of refractive index of the materials and the cemented surface of the doublet objective lens are derived. Then the optimal combination of the glass materials is selected by the aberration tolerances of the doublet objective lens. The examples show that the result is satisfactory.

Abstract: Odor pollution means a distinctive gas that is offensively unpleasant and harmful for the living conditions, not only disturbing social activities but also being harm for human. For the character of odor pollution, a kind of odor detecting system based on photoionization detector (PID) has been developed. The capillary column has been used as separate device and the PID as detector. From stability experiment of PID sensor, the standard deviation of system is 5.88×10-3, relative standard deviation is 0.14%. Furthermore, the experimental results of the sample calibration and stability illustrated that by using ethyl alcohol, xylene and butane, system lineaity is 99.99%, 99.98%, 99.98% respectively and the limit of detection is 0.8ppm, 1ppm and 0.6ppm respectively. PID has good stability and the experimental system has better reliability and repeatability.

Abstract: In recent years, the exploitation and utilization of groundwater resources in the development of society plays a very important role. From the view of groundwater monitoring system, there are still a lot of problems, such as obsolete monitoring equipment, imperfect monitoring system. To solve these problems, by conducting studies of groundwater dynamic data acquisition and transfer of technology, research and development suited to China's national conditions groundwater monitoring series of instruments. Development of multi-level and multi-source remote management software base on network, build a set of groundwater dynamic data acquisition, storage, transmission, management, and remote control of the information service platform. It has been applied in a number of major projects for the construction and operation of the groundwater monitoring network in China to provide reliable monitoring equipment and management service software.

Abstract: In order to compare and research the performance of airflow level posture sensor two wire structure and three-wire structure. By using FLUENT-CFD software, through modeling, meshing, solving and other methods, Respectively, the airflow level posture sensor of two-wire structure and three-wire structure are simulated in the sensitive of the velocity field of different tilt angles and different heat source temperatures. The results showed that the tilt sensitivity to changes of velocity of three-wire structure airflow level posture sensor is 0.3831·10-3m/s/0, and the two-wire structure is 0.2487·10-3 m/s/0, and the measurement range of three-wire structure airflow level posture sensor is 00 to 300, the two-wire structure is 00 to 200. The rate of change of three-wire structure airflow level posture sensor’s sensitive internal velocity difference change with the hot source temperature is 1·10-5m/s/0C, and the two-wire is 3.5·10-5m/s/0C. The performance of three-wire structure airflow level posture sensor in inclination and temperature is better than the two-wire structure’s.

Adopting the way to analyse failure mode before the case-warehouse organizations, suming up for the classification. Building the apart index mechanism and establishing the basis of the effective organizations of the case-warehouse at last.

Abstract: This paper elaborates the DC screen and battery DC screen fault detection method. The method of measuring battery’s internal resistance and voltage is analyzed and studied in this paper, and the two methods are optimized. Besides, the structure of the battery internal resistance, internal resistance equivalent principle and other aspects are also introduced in this paper. The optimal measurement scheme can be chosen by comparing the internal resistance measurement of DC discharge method and the AC signal injection method.

Abstract: In order to address the limitations of single parameter evaluation of engine oil performance, a portable vehicle oil performance detector is designed, realizing comprehensive on-line detection of oil rapidly, easily, and accurately. The detector takes oil performance as study object and proposes an on-line measuring method of oil performance through detection of oil viscosity, dielectric constant and temperature. Data and information collected by transmitter are sent to PIC single-chip microcomputer through RS485 communication module. Measured values are displayed on the LCD by SCM receiving the key signals. Test results show that, the detector works stably and is easy to use with small error, and is able to further determine the extant of oil contamination through a comprehensive analysis of the three measuring parameters. To a certain extant, it promotes the rational use of oil.

Abstract: Proposed a two-dimensional air-angular velocity sensor. Dual vertical heat resistance wire, two-dimensional angular velocity sensitive; By simply supported edge piezoelectric pump support to improve the sensitivity of the sensor; Using stacked sheet round table groove type nozzle, improved stability and repeatability of the sensor; Using software compensation processing to improve the temperature performance and linearity of the sensor. Experimental results show that the sensitivity of the sensor improve nearly double, Zero variation decrease from≤10% to≤0.2%, operating temperature extended from-10°C~+40°C to-45°C~+65°C, linearity decrease from≤1% to ≤0.5%, the amount of sensitivity decrease from ≤10% to≤0.6%.

Abstract: An ultrasonic distance measuring system is designed by using MC9S12DG128 microcomputer in this paper. To improve the measuring distance and accuracy, the ultrasonic signal can be modulated with pseudo random binary sequence, and time of flight (TOF) can be determined by calculating the cross-correlation function of the transmission signal and its echo signal. What’s more, the two-step correlation method is adopted in order to reduce the computational complexity. The experiments show that absolute error of the measuring equipment is less than 5 millimeter within the range of 1-5 meter.

Abstract: This research proposes an Accelerated Life Test System and has realized the reliability test of water quality analyzer. ALT (Accelerated Life Test) system is based on the principle of step stress accelerated life test and takes temperature as the accelerated stress. The system includes lower computer PLC and upper computer software of MCGS. In this research, Upper computer using configuration software to connect with the SIEMENS S7-300 PLC, in order to realize data acquisition and system control. This system improves the reliability test efficiency of the water quality analyzer, reduces the cost of test and has good economic efficiency.
