Abstract: The spherical distribution pairs of the plunger and the cylinder friction, has an important influence on the performance of spherical port plate axial piston pump. Based on the analysis of fluid viscosity change with pressure and temperature, considering friction differential pressure flow and shear flow, establishes the mathematics model of the friction pair of leakage. The simulation analysis using MATLAB software, the leakage flow rate is not proportional to pressure, but with the increase of pressure leakage flow was increased, and with the increase of pressure viscosity coefficient and temperature coefficient of viscosity, the leakage flow rate correction coefficient increases obviously, so in the choice of the hydraulic oil cylinder hole, should choose a relatively moving average leakage rate had no effect the piston ring slot.

Abstract: A mathematical model was established and validated to predict the microbubble diameter when it departing from the carbon paper and moving into the channel of μDMFC. Single bubble behaviors were studied using the model, which took the gas velocity, liquid cross-flow velocity, micro porous diameter and other parameters into account. Results indicate that the microbubble departure diameter decreases with the increasing liquid velocity, and increases with the increasing micro porous diameter and increasing gas velocity.

Abstract: Roadheader cutting head design parameters include rotational speed, yawing speed, cutting line spacing and teeth numbers on each cutting line. They all have an important effect on the performance of roadheader, which is mainly includes producing dust quantity, cutting specific energy, production efficiency and load fluctuations. Based on the cutting performance analysis of a single cutting parameters, using the fgoalattain function in Matlab optimization toolbox, multi variables multi objectives optimum design of roadheader cutting head is realized, which provide theoretical support for the design and analysis of the roadheader cutting head.

Abstract: A new thin-walled tube flexible hinge with six slots is proposed. The slot geometry is parameterized in terms of slot width, length and distance between two adjacent slots. The experiment for tension test of the thin-walled tube hinge with six-slots is conducted by INSTRON and the tensile stress-strain curve is measured. Finite element analysis to investigate the quasi-static folding and deployment of the new hinges by ABAQUS/Explicit solver are employed to perform a series of parameter studies for the slots longitude length l0, the slot width w and the distance d between two adjacent slots.

Abstract: Historic apartment buildings in Saint-Petersburg no longer meet today’s energy efficiency standards and need upgrading to achieve lower energy-consumption. The possibilities to upgrade old buildings – historic and cultural monuments – are initially limited. A controlled heat recovery ventilation system is considered to be an integral part of energy efficient building. Provided engineering facilities of a building are updated and reequipped energy performance increases without any impact on building exteriors. Different types of decentralized intake and exhaust ventilation systems with heat recovery based on various types of heat exchangers are considered in a detailed way.

Abstract: Self-damping test and analysis for five types of 1250mm2 large section conductor are performed, and analytical expression and frequency response characteristics are obtained. Comparison and analysis between round wire and formed wire 1250mm2 conductors are given. And the main protection frequency range of Aeolian vibration of 1250mm2 conductor is determined from 0 to 30 Hz.

Abstract: A mode of air front-suspension is established, and the effect of alignment parameters with the bump of the wheels is analyzed. The Guiding Mechanism of Air Front- suspension is optimized by using Insight, The optimum model parameters is obtained. It is concluded by comparing the wheel alignment parameter before and after optimization that After optimization guide mechanism makes the vehicle has better steady state characteristics.

Abstract: This paper presents a method for estimating road bank angle for land vehicle. When the vehicle is traveling on a lateral slope road, due to the effect of suspension, roll will be occur. While the ordinary method for the roll angle measurement is by gyro which is mounted on a vehicle body, the measured value of the roll angle includes not only the suspension’s deformation but also includes road bank angle. In order to obtain independent parameters, other methods must be used. First , we get the corresponding roll parameters of vehicle suspension through PSO by taking rotation test in the plane. Combined with parameters we get through inertial measurement module, a method is proposed to estimate the road bank angle. Finally, effectiveness of the method is verified through experiments.

Abstract: In order to improve the safety and reliability, and reduce development costs of the refuge chamber cabin, we combined TNT equivalent substitute with numerical simulation method, used software AUTODYN to carry on simulation calculation and obtain coal mine gas blast law and determine explosion shock loading. On this basis, four different refuge chamber cabin structure geometries based on stiffeners were designed , then the ANSYS Workbench platform software was used to perform dynamic simulation and safety comparative analysis for anti-knock properties of four different stiffeners refuge chambers, we obtained a mine refuge chamber structure with low-cost and good performance, which provided some ideas for mine refuge chamber’s research and development.
