The Design and Implementation of Enterprise Training Management System Based on .NET

Abstract:

Entering the period of konwledge economy , the enterprise's competition has been transformed into the talent competition, companies need to constantly improve their ability to deal with the current fierce market competition. Due to the large amount of knowledge,training,training method diversified,traditional manual training management approach has been far from enough to meet the current needs of enterprise training. Enterprise urgently needs a training management system to improve the efficiency of the work,and realize the systematization and standardization of staff training and automation.Enterprise training management system is the use of computer and Internet technology, effective management of the training process,greatly improving the management efficiency. By reading, reference a large number of domestic and abroad documentation,analysis summarizes the training management system at home and abroad relevant theory and research in the field of enterprise learning training management system.In this paper, we discuss the design scheme of enterprise training management system based on .NET and analyze the design and implementation of enterprise training management system based on.NET, in order to promote the enterprise training management,improve the efficiency of management and enhance the competitiveness.
