Research on the Supply Chain Performance Appraisal System Based on Balanced Scorecard

Abstract:

Supply chain performance appraisal system is one of key components of SCM. After systematically reviewing the study of SCM, this paper analyzed the metrics and the shortcomings of the SCM. Combined with the BSC, from the dimensions of financial, customer, internal process, employee learning and growth, this paper designed index system, get the data through the questionnaire, examined the index system in terms of reliability and validity, and established a relatively scientific SCM performance index system.
