Abstract:

Base on the quantitative risk evaluation, the dangerous device risk is described by potential life loss. Potential life loss assessment and risk ranking of 71 hazards device in 8 factories of a petrochemical enterprise, shows that refinery and olefin plant risk, diesel hydrodewaxing unit and diesel hydrogenation unit risk is relative to the front in their respective categories’ risk ranking. The research results can be used to direct the relevant government departments or enterprises to prioritize hazard supervision and management, optimize the allocation of resources and improve the efficiency of management.
