Abstract: The article is about the role of renewable energy objects such as pumped storage power plants (PSPP) within energy systems and their status on energy markets in Russian Federation and abroad. Problems and weakness of acting methods of tariff estimation are measured; the necessity of changings in tariff policy is emphasized. Article describes results of approbation of methodology for estimating of tariff bonuses, which are proved by the system impact of PSPP in regimes for maintenance of system reliability. Significant improvement of the investment attractiveness of PSPP from bonuses for system efficiency is shown.

Bright architectural expression is combined with lots of potential natural heating and ventilation of the internal space of buildings. Double skin facade considered as an element of building heating, ventilation, or, finally, as an element of conditioning in the building. Abstract: In order to reuse existing resources effectively and meet the specific demands of different users, it is necessary to study the classification modeling methods of parts for guiding product design and improving product quality. Firstly, the hierarchy theories of classification modeling are analyzed based on Design Structure Matrix (DSM). Then, the process of classification modeling is presented for parts of complex machinery product based on DSM modeling method. Meanwhile, the steps and notes to build classification structure were described in details. The results show that the theories and methods presented in this article could provid guidances for classification modeling of parts and realize efficient reuse and quick retrieval of product data for complex machinery manufactories.

Abstract: As one of the forms of composite structure system,the steel reinforced concrete(SRC) frame structure has the advantages of high carrying capacity and excellent elastic - plastic.The SRC has been widely used in high-rise structures and bridges. Meanwhile, it has promising application prospects in industrial plant construction. However, there are not many researches on the entity SRC structure in China at present, and many issues need to be explored. In this paper, we will give suggestions of application in the SRC industrial main plant , during designing of SRC frame structure in Daqing city, Heilongjiang province.

Abstract: In order to save the steel consumption,ensure the better economy of wind turbine tower,this paper designeda new concrete filled double skin steel tube for wind turbine tower,based on the parameters of 1. 5 MW wind turbine tower.A three-dimensional finite element model of wind turbine tower was built by using the finite element software ANSYS,then the static strength analysis and modal analysis were carried out,in which the stress and displacement at the top of the tower were calculated under three kinds of working conditions: normal operation with rated wind speed,normal operation with cutout wind speed and shutdown under extreme wind conditions,the natural frequency and mode shapes of the tower were obtained as well. The results show that the tower does not resonate with blades,and its structure can meet the strength and stiffness requirements of engineering.

Abstract: This paper discusses empirical findings and theories about prison architecture security system and security fence material. As advanced security systems and high quality materials became increasingly significant for prison architecture. The prison insecurity fence design and lag behind materials consume use results in threat of jail safety, which implies that scholar focus on such security design system is necessary. Few people, therefore, doubt the value of new building materials and financial theory to justify prison security system as enhance safeguarding measure. Most scholars of penology promoted consensus on application of new materials can enhance the performance of prison fences, which focus on the security aspects of prison architecture, and this is case studies on the role of security design system and new materials reuse in prison architecture, solutions for make security sustainable development in a national prison system. Thus, there is a continuing need to carry out well-designed research on this question as improve the safety measures. Conclusions and directions for further research are provided.

Abstract: This paper describes a meshless of element-free method based on fuzzy knowledge processing. Node is generated if its distance from existing node points is similar to the node spacing function at the point. The node spacing function is well controlled by the fuzzy knowledge processing. Practical performance of the present system is demonstrated through ladle apparatus of casting solutions.
