According to the structural characteristics of large public buildings, the paper proposes the key technology development and the functions of the software platform, and provides RS485 communication code. The research results in this paper have some practical value on energy consumption of large-scale construction monitoring.

Abstract: Background difference method [1] is one of the effective paths of improving robot’s vision reaction ability, and robots use background difference method to find the moving object in vision range and conduct tracking monitoring of moving objects. Then it uses support vector to conduct learning fitting of moving object, which can effectively predict the moving trend of moving object, and then it fabricates corresponding decision programs to conduct intercept capture of moving objects.

Abstract: The rapid development of network raise the role of WAN. As a large-scale backbone network, the failure of network components can lead to huge loss of data and revenue. How to improve the data switching speed and Quality of Service of network data is more and more important problem which Internet Server Provides cared. Multi-Protocol Lable Switching (MPLS) is a new WAN technology which is currently being standardized by IETF. This paper analysise the architecture of MPLS and describe the mechanism of label switching protocol. In addition, this study analyses the encapsulation of data packet at the Label Switching Routers which is on the boundary of MPLS network. A Label Switching Path (LSP) is built by Label Distribute Protocol in core network. A conclution of “one time routed, more times switching” routed was reached.

Abstract: In order to guarantee the validity of the city emergency rescue, it will need to feedback goods demand and injuries to guide accident emergency rescue center in a timely, and also we need to fully grasp with emergency supplies and emergency hospital. Considering the effectiveness of city emergency rescue and timeliness, the paper analyzes and design Rescue Decision Support System for city distribution of emergency supplies and search of wounded man based on GIS. Emergency medical aid model established in this paper, taking ArcGIS+VS2005 as the development platform, C# as development language, design and development the preliminary city emergency medical rescue simulation system based on GIS.

Abstract: This paper study and solve the design and manufacture of baby care car, its unique function is the baby carriage can be used as a baby bed, when necessary, it can also become a nursing car, sensor in the vehicle can be real-time detected whether the baby bed wetting and induction time will give parents information feedback; the humidity sensing probe controlled by single chip microcomputer and with the bottle clamp flexible connecting rod, can realize the baby auxiliary nurse; remote wireless communication system can allow parents to monitor children's state. The design of intelligent baby carriage, to enhance the technological content of products, promote the innovation of design China bassinet production, has the important practical significance to seize the smart baby car market.

Abstract: This paper puts forward sharing teaching resources based on cloud computing solutions, through the use of architecture means virtualization technology based on KVM on the server side, the infrastructure layer manage the underlying physical hardware equipment. In the realization of the infrastructure layer using Libvirt virtualization management suite that provides a common API development Web, through the RDP protocol, and finally access to the remote virtual desktop browser by the graphical user interface (GUI) and traditional Web B/S architecture, to simulate and access to low-level resources and sharing of teaching resources, teaching resources can be achieved education informatization in the process of teaching.
