Abstract: As an important branch in the field of servo control, multi-motor coordination motion control applications are increasingly widespread. For open CNC system requirement, taking DSP as master core, combing with specific integrated stepper motor driver chip LMD18201T, this designed a serial communication-based new collaborative multi-motor control system, which has characters of highly integrated, good stability, real-time, convenient man-machine interface. The test results show that the system fully meet performance requirements and achieved the motion control functions.

Abstract: Fuzzy control is an important branch of intelligent control, and this paper describes the application of fuzzy pattern study in intelligent control, begins with a brief overview introduction for development of intelligent control, and then describes the main components of the fuzzy model and its characteristics and fuzzy pattern control system. Fuzzy pattern applications in the intersection signal intelligent control showed fuzzy mode control can effectively reduce the single intersection average vehicle delay time, making the intersection more unobstructed to pass.

Abstract: The air quantity of variable air volume system for the rooms and the total air quantity of the system changes with the change of room load. Combined with the system composition in the laboratory, the paper determines the control scheme of the variable air volume system, that is, indoor temperature-control, indoor positive pressure control, air distribution static pressure control, air-supply temperature control and new air volume control. The dotted lines with arrows mean the output signals from the control unit to actuator, and the solid lines with arrows represent the input signals from the actuator to the control unit.

Abstract: This paper designed the posture initialization calibration method by the inertial sensor in human limb movement with any attitude toward. By initializing the target specific actions can be implemented to identify timing corresponding sensors and joint, and calculate the coordinate transformation relation of human skeletal coordinates corresponding to each inertial sensor's coordinate system and the 3D human skeleton model. Then through the coordinate conversion of inertial sensor attitude coordinates and depth first traversal calculation on human skeletal tree, real-time update of human motion body attitude data, driven simulation of human skeletal model by human motion, realize the real-time tracking of motion capture.

Abstract: Taking embedded processor as the core control unit, the paper designs the fan monitoring system software and hardware to achieve the fan working condition detection and real-time control. For the control algorithm, the paper analyzes the fuzzy control system theory and composition, and then combined with tunnel ventilation particularity, introduce feed-forward model to predict the incremental acquisition of pollutants to reduce lag, combined with the system feedback value and the set value, by calculate of two independent computing fuzzy controller, and ultimately determine the number of units increase or decrease in the tunnel jet fans start and stop. Through simulation analysis, the introduction of a feed-forward signal, it can more effectively improve the capability of the system impact of interference.

Abstract: With consideration of the special hydrogeological conditions and layout characteristics of the hydraulic structures, the seepage control measures of dam abutment and underground powerhouse on the right bank of JinPing-I hydropower station is drawn up. Based on the three dimensional finite element analysis of seepage control with dry area virtual flow constant mesh analysis method, the rationality of the seepage control measures of dam abutment and underground powerhouse has been verified and the key factors affecting the effect of seepage have been compared. In combination with the curtain of dam abutment, the curtain of underground powerhouse is reasonable. The results showed that the steel liner of penstock after the curtain is necessary.

Abstract: The quality of oil determines the status and life of the devices. However, most Chinese vessels have not equipped with on-line oil quality testing facilities. Therefore, a special on-line oil quality monitoring system for vessels is designed to real-time monitor of oil pollution change. An alarm signal or control signal based on the monitoring results is sent, which supports the purifier automatically and water, particles and gases are removed from the oil to maintain a good oil quality. The system is developed and implemented in the vessel corporation and has a good prospect of application. The application of this system will promote the process of the intelligent device management.

Abstract: EOL processing includes 4 major steps: decontamination, disassembly of reused or remanufactured parts, dismantling of the remaining carcass, materials recovery and valorization and/or landfill. In this paper, we present general methods to implement profitable rebirthing processes on a real Bombardier CRJ100. This work is critical to help aircraft manufacturers design current and next generation aircraft. The scope of this project includes some aspects related to dismantling of an aircraft. These aspects are studied using both modeling, based on a heuristic resolution, and experimental approaches. Data acquisition can be automatically accomplished.

Abstract: Taking rectangular beam as an example, an integrated analytical method was proposed based on optimization software ISIGHT and finite element software ANSYS. First of all, in order to obtain the parameters of beam, the paper used ANSYS to establish the corresponding model and perform the simulation. Then, the optimization model was integrated with ISIGHT. At last, the model was optimized with NLPQL algorithm and the lightest weight of beam under specified constraints was obtained.

Abstract: In order to reduce the coal production cost and labor, PLC is designed as the core technology of coal sorting, and a lot of sensor to distinguish colors and properties of coal join in this system. The sorting effect is very good. PLC coal sorting system has stable, safe, simple, reliable and other advantages, can improve the efficiency of coal production, and has brought the huge profit space for the enterprise. This paper first analyzes the PLC sorting system requirements and functions, and then discusses the control principle of PLC automatic sorting, the total design scheme of automatic sorting and related hardware design analysis, researches and hopes to help PLC coal sorting technology.
