Abstract:

With the application of information science in research fields, the effective use of information has been a hot topic among researchers all over the world. As an effective way to improve the utilization of information, special database has been applied to many research fields by researchers. The paper researched on the construction of emergency special database for there are few researches on the topic. With the quality control theory, the paper proposed methods and process to construct emergency special database so as to improve the effective utilization of emergency information.
