Abstract:

The development of computer and online education has promoted the development of physical education. Web-assisted Instruction system can improve the current teaching environment and students’ learning efficiency. Based on human-oriented concept, it is able to facilitate students’ selective learning and help them establish the idea of “lifelong sports”. But the popularization and development of WAI still need to be further improved.
