Evaluation of Enterprise Leader’s Qualities that Affect the Survival and Development of Enterprises

Abstract:

Enterprise leader’s quality has become a hot social topic nowadays, which, to a large extent, decides the survival and development of the enterprises. The research on the effects the leader’s quality has on the enterprise at different stages of its life cycle will help the leaders to perfect themselves and get adapted to the development of business. Meanwhile such research will help enterprises choose suitable leaders at different developing stages. This article starts from the 4 qualities and 6 capacities of the enterprise leaders, analyzes the degree of importance of these qualities and capacities at different developing stages of the enterprises, and provides relevant weight and assessment formula.
