Abstract:

With the vigorous development of our country economy, real estate enterprise is facing more and more fierce competition. This paper introduces more comprehensive understanding of real estate industry’s present situation, and takes poly real estate as research object. This paper makes a thorough analysis of development status of poly real estate business from financial performance aspects, understands enterprise development strategy and future development direction, selects comparable companies, and use comparative analysis to make enterprise financial conditions analysis.
