Abstract:

With the rapid advance of modern corporate finance information and the transformation of financial management concepts, the information provided by traditional function-driven financial processes can not meet the needs of stakeholders. The continuous development of cloud computing technology must trigger innovation in enterprise financial information and it also will promote the process of corporate financial processes construction. The paper aims to explore the value, resistance and implementation path of cloud-based financial processes construction.
