Abstract: In this paper, synchronization of a fractional-order delayed system is studied. Based on the stability theory of fractional-order systems, by designing appropriate controllers, the synchronization for the proposed system is achieved. Numerical simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

Abstract: This paper analyses the operating principle of Steady-state Cornering of semitrailer with trailer axle steering mechanism。Analytical method was used for kinematics analysis on trailer axle steering mechanism based on the preceding analysis result. trailer axle steering mechanism was simplified into a five-bar linkage mechanism. Constraint conditions of the five-bar linkage mechanism were discussed based on its actual installing space. Accordingly, size ranges of the critical components of trailer axle steering mechanism were obtained, providing conditions for further study on semitrailer dynamics.

Abstract: A industrial design method based the numerical analysis is proposed to meet appearance modeling of airborne evaporation cycle system. The model is analyzed by using FLUENT. It better simulates the external flow field, gets the surface pressure distribution and velocity distribution of the flow field, and determines the aerodynamic characteristics of the system, which provides a new way for system modeling design.

Abstract: The interference principle of backscattering light in the optical fiber is analyzed theoretically and the sensing mechanism of φ-OTDR vibration sensor system is introduced briefly in this paper. The trace of backward Rayleigh scattering is obtained by MATLAB simulation, and it is compared to the scattering curve by experiment. The result shows that noise is inevitable in the experiment, and the desired signal is difficult to be detected for the high noise amplitude. For obtaining high SNR in the experiment, the compositions and causes of the noise is introduced and the effective suppression method are put forward.

Abstract: In order to control the speed of hydraulic cylinder precisely through a given voltage signal on proportional valve, we adopt the pressure compensator and proportional directional valves throttle circuit in the hydraulic feed system of the designing coal and rock cutting test equipment. The simulation model of the system based on AMESim is built, the dynamic characteristic on the feed system of proportional valve-controlled cylinder’s speed is analyzed, experiments under no-loading condition on the hydraulic pump station is done. Simulation and experimental results show that the cylinder’s speed can be controlled precisely through a given voltage signal on proportional valve, the experimental and simulation results are close, which can better meet the test requirements of coal and rock cutting. Finally the sorting curves of the cylinder’s speed varies with the proportional valve opening can provide the basis of cutting parameters of coal and rock cutting test equipment.

Abstract: Structure design of airborne evaporation cycle system is performed in PROE. As structure is an important bearing component, its performance directly affects the life of the system. Statics analysis is made by using ANSYS to get the deformation and stress diagram. Compared with allowable stress and strain, it verifies that the structure of the design meets the requirements. Modal analysis is made to get the previous order modal frequency and the deformation, which provides theoretical basis for further optimization.

Abstract: This design is based on the structure of various thresher, the main research of the corn thresher drive system structure, working principle, and on this basis, based on the design of the finished parts, on corn dish itself characteristic to carry on the design, when threshing grain rod roller high-speed rotation, the corn by continual lines between grid type and gravure roller rod, and the action between the corn cob constantly collide with each other, to achieve the seed plate separation, then the net grains, complete threshing.
