Abstract: The mathematic model of flapper/nozzle electrohydraulic servovalves is rearranged, many factors are reconsidered which have been omitted in the past analysis which are for the purposes of convenience or on the assumption that they are of no particular significance. According to the rearranged mathematic model, the simulation model of the servovalve is established using the Matlab/simulink software, dynamic response characteristics of the servovalve is simulated when the parameters of the discharge coefficient of nozzles and the viscous damping constant of torque motor and flapper are changed. Simulation results show that the change of the parameters influence the dynamic response of the spool displacement.

Abstract: To make sure the feasibility of the three-point arc interpolation in any space after the MATLAB simulation, we applied it in FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA), finished the PCB board design, and used the arc interpolation controller to control the robot mechanical in this article. By analyzing the actual path, we found the results match the design requirements. The space controller guarantees the real-time and accuracy requirements of arc interpolation, and will have excellent practical value.

Abstract: The mechanical part of the 2D servo valve is mainly a hydraulic servo screw mechanism, by which the rotary motion of the spool is turned to linear sliding. A step motor is utilized to rotate the spool and functions as the electrical-to-mechanical transformer. For studying the different influences of 2D valve's pilot circular and full arch structure on its dynamic characteristics of servo screw mechanism, a step response and sine response experiment device was designed, and the experiments were done. The experimental results show that the full arch structure type step response time is about 1.6 ms (abbreviation of millisecond), the circular type about 3ms, proved that the full bow structure can significantly improve the dynamic characteristic of servo screw mechanism, it is also be proved by sinusoidal frequency response experiments.

Abstract: There are a large proportion of rear end collisions in a road accident. Based on high level brake lights, the authors developed a set of warning system to reflect the size of the braking force of the front moving vehicle. The rear moving vehicle would be correctly understand brake intention of the front moving vehicle according to vivid, intuitive and timely high level light signal. Thus, the following vehicle would take appropriate measures promptly according to further reduce the probability of rear-end collision accidents.

Abstract: Using basic physical arguments, we present a design and method for the fabrication of a pneumatic micro PDMS actuator using multilayer soft lithography based on dry-film photoresist. Its novel structure consists of a three-way electromagnetic microvalve for gas flow control which is connected with gas inlet microchannel for the actuator. Then the whole system is considered as a throttle blind capacitor (TBC) model and it is used to predict the response time of the pneumatic actuator by correlating its characteristics such as gas pressurizing, air resistance and membrane deformation. For this micro actuator, upward deformation motions of actuated area are observed of actuated area under 100KPa (N2) pressure and the fast open response (~ 15 ms) was achieved at 50KPa pressure. Our method provides a simple, cheap and save-time pneumatic micro actuator which can be used in active functions, such as valves, pumps and mixers integrated on pneumatic microfluidic chips for downsizing the driving pressure and improving the whole efficiency of microchips.

Abstract: The heat transfer station is a core part of the heating system, energy savings and reduce consumption can proceed from three aspects. Wherein the optimization algorithm is a very important part. In this paper, fuzzy control algorithm for controlling the temperature of the heat transfer station, through simulation comparison and found that the algorithm can indeed play a role in saving energy and reduce consumption.

Abstract: Since the 1990s, with the defense, deterrence, alarm in one of the electronic fence system is gradually being widely developed in the field of public safety. The composition and control system design of a balanced tension electronic fence alarm system is described in this paper. This system has a balanced without fatigue characteristics, adapting to a variety of complex terrain environment and leaving no guard dead. It can be widely applicable to all establishments that have the perimeter guard need.

After that,combining sensitivity analysis theory with the research of machine tool processing defect causes.Then find out the main error terms which take great responsibility of machining defects and optimize related motion components,to meet accuracy requirements before leaving the factory.

Abstract: In order to meet the ride comfort of the heavy truck cab, the 1/2 heavy truck cab active suspension model established. Based on this model the LQG optimization control was selected for the active control of a 1/2 heavy truck cab suspension system. The road disturbance is integral white noise stochastic signal. By the example simulation in Matlab/Simulink, the results show that the cab active suspension with LQG control strategy can decrease the vertical accelerations, the roll angle and roll angle acceleration of the truck cab, the active suspension can improve both the ride comfort and driving safety.

Abstract: Aiming at planning and scheduling problems of intelligent robots, the heuristic algorithm is proposed based on the correlation of the target. Robot intelligent planning is a solving process to quickly find the optimal solution or near-optimal solutions in the space of a feasible solution. Due to the complexity and discretion of the problem solving, the past known may not be able to play enough guiding role in the future of solving process, which is likely to cause the search process without converge for a long time. Here using information to search for the solution space for a purpose to guide the search process, searching for 3-layers of information including nodes, variables and variable domain in the solution process are inspired. The guide search process is accelerated to convergence and the optimal solutions solved as soon as possible. Because forward heuristics makes the search process more purposeful, and the quality of solution can be effectively improved.
