Abstract: In this paper, we studied the integer solutions of the typical Diophantine equations with some important theories in quadratic fields and the fundamental theorem of arithmetic in the ring of quadratic algebraic integers. We proved all the integer solutions of the Diophantine equation Χ2 − 21 = 4y5.

Abstract: In recent years, wide installation of smart meters and implementation of Smart Meter Management System (SMMS) provides data foundation for short-term load forecasting. In this paper, a new load forecasting approach is proposed based on big data technologies using smart meter data. The new approach analyzes the characteristics of numerous electricity users, which helps system operators identify influencing factors. Big data architecture can handle large amount of data and computation efforts. Compared with the traditional system load forecasting methods, this new approach produces better prediction accuracy.

Abstract: System reliability is an important problem especially in reliability engineering. The frequency a system failure happens is represented by failure rate. We use failure rate instead of system reliability to analyze a particular system.Traditional parametric models cannot give a good fit to complex systems, wetherefore employed a nonparametric method in this paper. Gaussian smoothing is also applied on the failure rate curves. Compared with parametric models, the nonparametric model yields more accurateestimation of system failure rate.

Abstract: The Type-II generalized progressively hybrid censored scheme with masked data is presented. Based on masked system lifetime data, using the expectation maximization algorithm and the Quasi-Newton method, we obtain the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) of the components distribution parameters in the Weibull case. Finally, Monte Carlo simulation is presented to illustrate the effect.

In this paper, we mainly discusses the important role of MATLAB software in mathematical modeling, so as to raise the understanding of MATLAB and the efficiency of mathematical modeling with MATLAB software, and then improve the ability to solve practical problems. This paper explains the general process of mathematical modeling, studies the function and characteristic of MATLAB and its application in mathematical modeling. There are analysis of the key technologies and solutions required in the development process. Practice has proved that the MATLAB mathematical modeling can be used to improve the efficiency and quality of mathematical modeling, enriching the ways and means of mathematical modeling, and has great effect on the teaching of mathematical modeling course.

Abstract: In this paper, a large amount of raw data has been accumulated in Sanya travel system, and uses the data mining techniques to achieve the Sanya tourism management by the tree algorithm and associated computer research technology. Realizate the interestion of tourist visitors in shopping trends analysis, the model used include regression analysis and trend analysis to analyze behavior characteristics and trends of tourists. It provides scientific support about tourism services management and tourism marketing strategy, and played an important role in Sanya tourism information applications.

Abstract: Translation plays an important role in the world economic and cultural exchanges. Translation is divided into machine translation and human translation, which is complement each other in promoting world economic and social development process. Abstract: In this paper, we used CSP algorithm as the core, constructed public opinion mining system including the mining module, the mining policy management module, the user management module, and the Fault Management module. After establish the theme, the system will optimizing the initial seed and get the resource, then get tabloid through text analysis technology, After that the documents will be classified to the concept of clustering, a concept of space and a neural network algorithms will be settled, so that it can provide users with the concept of space-based interface for the research and the circumstances surrounding the development process. The system provide the appropriate information platform for the departments to regulate public opinion timely and reasonable.
