Abstract: Nowadays, developed information technology is leading human from the industrial society to information society. Internet and e-commerce are rapid development. Under accounting informationization, internal control is faced with many challenges, more and more problems happen which forces all enterprises to strengthen their internal control systems. This paper puts the internal control which is under the environment of information on research using the method of summarizing and case analysis. Then this thesis analyses the impacts of informatization to internal control. And according to the informatization, new risks of internal control under the environment of enterprise some countermeasures for improving the internal control of the corresponding enterprises are proposed. The improvement of internal control in the environment of information is discussed in this thesis through a typical case, which can provide reference and guidance of internal control system in the environment of information for so many enterprises.

Abstract: With the advent of the third information revolution, the internet of things (IOT) and cloud computing, as the representative of the emerging field of information technology, began in force. As an important part of the information, agricultural information has opportunities and challenges. The current agricultural information service information integration is low, real-time information is not enough, personalized service issues is incomplete. This paper proposes an integrated agricultural information service model IOT building programs and cloud computing. The program implements networking technology and cloud computing technology docked in the field of agricultural information service, a better solution to the shortage of agricultural information service in the presence of current, reducing the threshold for the use of agricultural information services, improving the efficiency of agricultural information services.

Abstract: In 2007, as a new computing paradigm, Cloud Computing go into people's sight. It is a technology that develop with the parallel computing, distributed computing, utility computing, a new computing paradigm and the emergence of grid computing development. It is also the result of network storage, virtualization and load balancing development. As an Internet-based super computing paradigm, cloud computing allows users to dynamically share the hardware, software, and data resources. In the process of sharing resources, it is inevitable to involve security issues of network transmission. In order to solve the security problems of network data integration cloud computing facing agricultural resources, this study proposes a network security model which can be proved to be much useful in the near future.

Abstract: In order to adapt to the heterogeneity of terminals and networks, Scalable Video Coding (SVC) encodes raw video stream with different scales of temporal, spatial and quality into layers. Considering the P2P network characteristic, it is a challenging task to design an appropriate P2P steaming network resource allocation mechanism combining with SVC. In this paper, SVC is applied in P2P streaming based on game theory; considering free-riding, bandwidth conflicts in P2P multi-overlay and one chunk with multiple providers, we design a bidirectional serial auction model that jointly optimize the bandwidth allocation, the data scheduling and the incentive mechanism, then optimized allocation for scalable video streaming over P2P networks is achieved. With extensive theoretical analysis, we show that these games converge to an optimal topology for each overlay.

The development of project cost management information system in our country is relatively later. Because project cost management information system is lack of unified network, imperfect system module, lower personal qualities, and so on, it does not play proper role. The article analyzes construction of project cost management information system from overall design and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.

Abstract: A mobile identity authentication scheme of e-commerce based on proposed to solve the problem that present merchant system's digital certificate carrier is not convenient to carry and specific device can only be used for' specific service. Java-SIM card technology has optimized PKI operations, and supports multiple applets running independently and securely on one card. Using the java-SIM Card to store private key and do digital signature operations, users can conveniently and securely enjoy any merchant's any online transaction service.

Abstract: The information system of construction market supervision and business management based on Web includes three subsystems, which are construction market supervision, management of bid and tender for construction project, and application of construction project and this thesis adopts the combinative method of prototyping and structured life cycle to develop and study on the information system. First, it integrally plans and lies out by adopted structured method. Then, it analyzes the mode and content of construction supervision, and the flow of construction business and construction project application, gives the prototyping system of them. Then it considers the requirement and function demand of the users, improves the prototyping system, establishes a scientific flow, and analyzes its data flow. And then, it designs the integral structure of the system by adopted system structure based on Web, designs the network structure by adopted three layer B/S distributing system, and gives the detailed design of the code, database, input and output of the system. Finally, it gives the technical demand of the build of the integral network system, gives the demand of the software and hardware system structure, and displays the windows of the main function of the system.
