Abstract: The E-learning has penetrated into people's life, and has become an important learning way. Because there is no uniform development platform, which leads to resource sharing is poor; developers have to carry a lot of repeated work, so it is necessary to construct the ECP. To construct unified e-learning platform, need to consider its commonness and individuality, and e-learning home reflects the most prominent. Man-machine interface of the e-learning home is main navigation links, so this is to realize dynamic navigation as research object, designed and implemented the ECP dynamic navigation based on .NET Framework.

Abstract: In this paper, the problem of delay-dependent asymptotic stability analysis for neural networks with interval time-varying delays is considered. By the use of delay-partitioning method and some novel techniques, some less conservative stability criteria are established in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Moreover, our criteria depend on both the upper and lower bounds of time-varying delay and its derivative, which is different from some existing ones. Finally, an numerical example is given to show the improved stability region of the proposed results.

Abstract: Electric power industry is a basic industry of national economy, the power plant production safety related to people's life safety and property of the state, the power of reform and social stability, safety evaluation of power generation enterprises is an important guarantee of safety production in power generation enterprises.The paper establishes the BP neural network model, utilize BP neural network optimization ability and good fitting ability, combining the index system build, carries on the appraisal to the power generation enterprise security.Now the instance verification results show that BP neural network is applied in safety evaluation of power generation enterprises, not only can accurately evaluate the safety situation of power generation enterprises, and the speed of convergence process is quickly.

Abstract: The internet has become an important engine of economic growth and social progress. China is a vast territory country and the local governments have different policy to promote the application of the internet technology. Therefore, the development of China’s internet industry and regional differences will be studied to discover the regional spread pattern of the internet industry in this article, in order to provide suggestions for the depth development of China’s internet industry. The main finding is there are a lot of differences among China’s internet regional development level. The internet development level of Eastern China has been significantly better than the central and western provinces and cities, and Central China has been better than Western China from 2006 to 2010. Finally, the suggestions will be presented for the regional internet industry development.

Abstract: Domain Name Service (DNS) is essential to modern Internet activities. Cache issues in DNS are one of the most critical to ensure the stability of DNS service. To improve the performance of DNS Cache, here we present a solution for DNS cache architecture optimization. Based on this solution, we further give a novel DNS cache backup method in this paper, in which a dynamic incremental DNS cache synchronization mechanism is proposed.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a novel and efficient read-write optimization scheme for flash memory storage systems, we have named RWF: Read-Write FTL. In the proposed scheme, we effectively connect Logical Sector Number, Logical Block Number, Logical Page Number, Physical Page Number and Physical Block Number. RWF through uniting log blocks and physical blocks, all blocks can be used for servicing update requests. The invalid blocks could be reclaimed properly and intensively, it can avoid merging log blocks with physical blocks. At last, through the simulation test on RWF and the comparison with other schemes, which demonstrate the RWF can effectively solve data storage problems, and it greatly reduces erase count of flash devices and efficiency improves the performance of flash memory storage systems.

Abstract: As an important crypto graphical tool, ring signature is able to realize full anonymity and identity protection. Comparison the traditional PKI, Identity-based (ID-based) cryptography is a very good cryptosystem since it eliminates the need for checking the validity of the certificates of traditional public key system. In this work, we propose an efficient ring signature scheme by combining ID-based cryptography and Schnorr signature conception. Our scheme has some advantages for efficiency. In our proposed scheme, no pairing operators are needed in the whole signing phase and the verifying phase. It reduces the signer’s computation cost and increases the whole signature algorithm’s efficiency. In terms of signature’s length, our scheme only needs (n+1)|G| bits. Our ring signature can achieve full anonymity and unforgeability. The security of the scheme is related to two classical security assumptions: computational diffie-hellman problem and discrete logarithm problem.

The Web offline application technology is a new approach proposed for solving the problem. The basic functions of the Web offline and current Web offline technology are summarized; the development method of Web offline application based on HTML5 technology is proposed; finally, the detailed implementation steps of HTML5 Web offline function are given.

Abstract: For the four kinds of network protocols which are common in industry :PROFIBUS-DP, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP and Modbus-RTU, a gateway has been designed which could integrate the four protocols ,and have developed hardware and software program of the Multi-protocol self-adaptation gateway .It uses STM32F407ZGT6 as its major chip. A Modbus-RTU interface has been designed which depends on the UART interface of the main chip to send and receive packets in hardware. It use COMX as hardware interface of PROFIBUS-DP ,DeviceNet ,and EtherNet/IP to process their packets. It has achieved a function that the PROFIBUS-DP interface will change its address with the changing of the configuration of master .In addition, the multi-protocol self-adaptation gateway can integrate several masters which support different protocols in one network. The master controllers could communicate with each other in this network.After being tested and verified ,it has been used in the communication of DCS systems, and it has converted the packets of the four protocols which have been mentioned above and it has met the demands of designing a gateway.

Abstract: This paper mainly studies the design and implement of mobile meter reading system based on SOA. The mobile terminal can save offline power reading data in its local database and communicate online recorded data with the server through Web service interface based on the internet. The Web service components perform interaction with the database server. This system is developed by using programming language Java and embedded database SQLite on Android platform. This mobile application can be available to download customers' data from the server or update new meter reading data to the server and then the operators can accomplish their works conveniently during the interviewing with the customers without going back to the office.
