Abstract: With the advent of economic globalization, social informatization, foreign languages, especially English, has become one of the important tool of the communication with China's opening to the outside world. Social education in English teaching level has been more and more demanding. Therefore, how to improve and raise the level of the existing English teaching pattern is discussed, tested and tried in a variety of people. Among them, the network education is one of the important direction. This paper reviews the current database imperfect behind the status quo of college English reading, and put forward the use of network resources to establish a modern, fast and convenient new database of college English reading, and develop a platform for English reading.

Abstract: The online exam system is developed by C# language tool, .NET technology and SQL Server 2005 database technology in this paper. And the main function of the system, design idea and the implementation process was expounded also. The randomly generated test and automatic scoring function can be supported by this system. After using test, the performance of this system was stable ,and the function was complete. The paperless and standardized examination was achieved truly.

Abstract: Blended learning has become an important content of teaching reform in colleges and universities. Blended learning model based on network teaching platform, will provide a new train of thought for the reform of college teaching. This study intends to combine computer agricultural application, on the basis of the basic principle of blended learning, Study the key problems of blended learning and the content of the blended learning design, to provide a reference for design of three-dimensional classroom three-dimensional class under the existing resources environment

Abstract: A product always has some different names in Chinese. Getting the aliases of these products is very important in e-commerce, online advertising, etc. Chinese aliases of a product are always placed in the titles of web pages on which this product is sold. Such titles are collected using search engine, and then a conditional random field is used to extract the aliases from them. To improve the performance, distributed representations of words are employed as features in the conditional random field. The method is tested on the real data, and the experimental results are analyzed.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the current main problems in vehicle usage examination and approval management, we use J.Office collaborative developing platform to do form design, process design and form-process-personnel binding to design and implement network vehicle usage examination and approval process in CRP digital campus information management platform (CRP) to solve these problems.

Abstract: In reuse library platform, realizing the reuse process of standard parts and common parts and building standard part management system are the important application during the whole design field. This paper introduces the method of customization standard parts library using part family, and realizes standardization management of reuse library. By creating KRX files, the knowledge components in reuse library are managed. Reuse library is an effective way to organize and use standard parts and common parts.

Abstract: Teachers’ journal is an important records of teaching situation of each lesson, it is also an important part of the daily teaching, design of teachers’ journal management system in CRP digital campus information platform (CRP) is divided into three parts: form design of teachers’ journal, the management function design of teachers' journal management system and interconnection and interworking work flow design between teachers' journal management system and other systems. Teachers’ teaching data collected by the teachers’ journal management system has important guiding significance to the teaching monitoring and operation, teaching management could be better from the analysis and use of collection data of teachers’ journal.

Abstract: Information technology which represented by the Internet obtained the swift and violent development, not only to the global economic, political, and cultural life, has brought strong impact, but also for in rapid growth, the world outlook and outlook on life has not really formed by college students, a large number of network information have also been widely affects their ideology, values, ways of thinking, and all aspects of daily life, to the traditional ideological and political education has brought intense impact. How to access into the information technology and the ideological and political education, to explore more effective methods of ideological and political education, the ideological and political education will be facing a major issue.

Abstract: With the rapid development of network technology, applications based on web especially in higher education are paid attention by the people day by day. Network education as the construction of open education system, more and more get the attention of education workers. Abstract: In modern English education, English reading learning belongs to the most important part in English, that all about the knowledge of English are fully reflected in the English reading part. Teachers and students are paying lots of attention to teaching and learning of English reading, but the traditional English reading teaching can't meet the needs. With the development of modern education and the speeding up of the education informatization mode, the use of web resources for teaching is very urgent. How to use the web to make students learn more and more network resources effectively, is becoming a hot issue winning many modern scholars studying.
