Abstract: A new edge extraction method was put forward based on the SUSAN operator, according to the problems of poor anti-noise ability and edge detection incomplete of the conventional differential detection operator. The circular template and the center of the circle (template nuclear) were used in this method, the numbers of pixels was calculated through the comparison pixels value of template with the other points of pixels in the template circle, and then compared with the threshold, so as to the edge of images was extracted. The results showed that this method had high precision, and could be able to fully extract the edge of images. It is an effective method of extracting the edge of images.

Abstract: This paper proposes an improved amplitude spectrum based Fourier-Mellin algorithm Fourier by studying the nature of the Fourier transform image of the amplitude spectrum and the application of phase spectrum in estimation for image motion vector according to the shortcomings of traditional Fourier-Mellin algorithm when the video image translation, rotation and scaling of the situation exist. Experimental results show that the algorithm can estimate the rotation, translation and other vector parameters of a complicated motion model .The complexity of the algorithm has greatly improved comparing to the traditional Fourier-Mellin algorithm.

Abstract: To process corneal endothelial cell image quickly and efficiently, observe the corneal endothelial cell form and relevant calculation and analysis. This system adopts mixed programming of LabVIEW and MATLAB, to have image processing and analysis of the corneal endothelial cell. Use LabVIEW to design operation and display interface, and send the images collected to MATLAB for complex arithmetical operation, then put out data in LabVIEW. The experiment indicates the system has the advantage of intuitive interface, convenient operation, and quick arithmetic, has the practical reference value.

Abstract: The super-resolution image reconstruction has become a hot topic in the areas of image processing and computer vision because of its extensive theoretical and practical values. This paper described the concept of super-resolution reconstruction, reviewed the development process of the technique, common algorithms classification, the current research findings and other related issues. The characteristics of different algorithms are also analyzed.

Abstract: Modern micro sensor has low cost, low power characteristic, it can realize the wireless communication and computing performance, a large number of the sensors organizations constitute the wireless sensor network. This paper realized the design of wireless sensor network positioning system based on CC2430 using Zigbee technology and RSSI ranging technology. Through the experiment test, the technology improved fixed position accuracy and resistance to environment base on RSSI calculate method.

Abstract: For the non-stationary vibration signals of wind tower, using a new method based on KPCA to eliminate the interference of the vibration signal. After cancellation noise according to the method based on EMD, the vibration signals are decomposed and the vibration characteristics of the signals are finally extracted. The experimental analysis indicates that this method can provide an effective reference for the health detection of wind tower.

Abstract: In this paper, a new visible light communication system is proposed replacing signal lamp system on the boat. The new visible light communication system is demonstrated in 50m including RGB LEDs, lens and large area photodiodes. 153.6kbit/s data rate is achieved with infrared codes.

Abstract: Dynamical properties of mechanical systems can be obtained with the vibration signals from the systems. However, for the influence of noises, it is difficult to accurately acquire the features. Therefore, de-noising operation is significant for vibration signal in the practical engineering. In order to resolve this problem, the Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition (EEMD) method is introduced to try to eliminate noises from the analyzed signal. At first, the theory of the method is illustrated, which included adding white noises, EMD for the signal and calculating the mean of the intrinsic mode function. On this base, the signal which contains several harmonic components with white noise is processed by EEMD. As the result shown, the random noise can be effectively removed; moreover, the harmonic components can be accurately separated. And these improve that the EEMD is an effective method for the de-noising.
