Abstract: Aiming at the disunity problems of the interface types and protocols existing in the communication between the touch screen and the DSP controller, this paper puts forward a kind of communication method based on MODBUS protocol of the Mitsubishi touch screen and DSP controller. By using a standard RS232 interface and MODBUS RTU data transmission format realize the asynchronous communication between GOT touch screen and TMS320F2812 controller. Through the RS485 bus, DSP achieves the communication with ABB frequency converters. Using this method Mitsubishi touch screen, DSP and frequency converter finished communication. So that touch screen can display the working status of the ABB frequency converters in real time. It has been verified by test that data transmission is reliable and good real-time.

Abstract: In this paper, the high strength room temperature blackening film on steel surface were prepared, the structure and the forming principle of the film were studied. The procedure of the Cu-Se-P system high strength composition blackening was researched, and the factors that affect the wear resistance of the film were analyzed [1]. The experiment shows that the procedure have many virtues, such as short treatment time, high efficiency, low cost, high adhesive strength, perfect wear resistance, which posed a new approach for blackening of machine parts.

Abstract: The change of the specific surface area, particle size and activity index of ground granulated blast furnace slag under different grinding conditions is researched based on closed-circuit mill in the paper. The research shows that the grinding effect is greatly different with the different grinding body, and proper pre-grinding time can help to improve the grinding effect. The optimum plan in this paper is as follow: pre-grinding 15 min at steel bar then grinding 30 min at ball grinding, and it will getting the maximum specific surface area, the smallest powder particle size and the the maximum activity index.

Abstract: In the solution of sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide dissolved waste cobalt acid lithium battery income as raw material, the process and its influence factors of preparation of nanocobalt blue pigment are studied in the paper. The results show that: under the condition of pH 6, metal ion and citric acid ratio was 1:1 dry gel prepared at 135°C calcination, then calcined at 800°C uniform particle size, good dispersion and spinel structure of nanocobalt blue pigment can be directly synthetized.

Abstract: The precipitates and precipitation kinetics of super austenitic stainless steel with high Mo and N (HHSASS) were investigated by optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and quantitative metallography method. The results show that the TTP curves are C-shaped, the “nose” temperatures of precipitation are found to be 1000°C with the incubation periods of 120s and 600s, respectively. At 1000°C, some precipitates form as ellipsoidal-shaped and connect along the grain boundaries first. Then a few precipitates start forming as needle-shaped within austenite grains. Until aging for 300min, the field is filled with needle-shaped precipitates. The main precipitates in HHSASS are Sigma phase and Chi phase that are rich in Cr and Mo. The precipitates on the grain boundaries are ellipsoidal-shaped and those in the austenite grains are needle-shaped. About the structures of precipitates need to be further researched.

Abstract: Preparation technology and measurement technique have get a great achievement in recent years,that lead to the rapid development of upconversion materials.Some of them achieve a higher fluorescence intensity,or get good hydrophily becase of the application of new type of coupling agent.This would help UCNPs closer to the final goal of business application in Solar Cell, biological fluorescence detection,and optical storage.In this paper,I have introduced the basic conception,luminous mechanism, preparation method of UCNPs,and analyzed the different method could bring what special advantages to them in themself’s specific application field.

Abstract: A ceramic coating grows on the surface of Q235 carton steel in situ by the micro-arc oxidation method and the silicate electrolyte system; and the phase composition, surface topography and elementary composition of the ceramic coating are analyzed by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (EDS). The results show that the ceramic coating growing on the surface of Q235 carton steel in situ presents an irregular porous structure; and the electrolyte and the element in the basal body exist in the ceramic coating in the form of amorphous state. And then, the author degrades the rhodamine B solution by the home-made ceramic coating and H2O2 Fenton system, so that the degradation rate of the rhodamine B solution can reach 97%; and meanwhile, the degradation rate is not reduced along the increased using times.

Abstract: MIG welding overlaid austenitic stainless steel on low alloy Q345B. The overlay cladding comprises a transition layer and corrosion resistant layer. Overlaying specimens of transition layer with different thicknesses were prepared. The mechanical properties of joints were tested by micro-hardness, bending test and other methods. The results showed that the mechanical properties of specimen with ER309L welding wire as transition layer did not have splitting phenomena after being bended. There were no cracks. However, the specimen without transition layer had small crack or tiny cracks. When the transition layer thickness is changed, the performance of overlay cladding is essentially unchanged. The organizations of overlay cladding in four groups of specimens are similar, which are composed of austenite and ferrite, and ferrite was mostly distributed in strips and blocks.

Abstract: Aligned poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) nanofibers and the nanoropes have been fabricated via a novel electrospinning technique. And then conducting polyaniline (PANI) was coated on the surfaces of the nanoropes using an in situ chemical oxidative polymerization method. It is found that the conductivity increased drastically at first and then tended to be saturation in the polymerization process. In addition, the flexibility and stretchability of the composites have been measured: With an increase of bending curvature and tensile strain, the conductivity rose at the beginning because the fibers among the nanoropes get tight; and then the conductivity dropped, which may due to the PANI layer broke and becomes discontinuous with the adding stress.
