Restoration Strategies of Urban Road Network after Earthquake Based on Corrected Component Probabilistic Importance
Abstract:
Based on the impacts of the earthquake on the urban road network system reliability, this paper defined the blockage related effects. An idea about how to quantitatively calculate the impacts is proposed. And Monte Carlo-based algorithms to study the system reliability and element probability importance are constructed. The component probabilistic importance is used to imply probabilistic contribution of improving component reliability to that of system reliability; while the corrected component probabilistic importance can be used to analyze the effects of the component reliability improvement on the gain degree of the system reliability, which can further provide quantitative information to develop strategies for the restoration of urban road network after the earthquake. Finally, a real urban road network is taken for example to verify the feasibility and applicability of the proposed method.
